Hmm, does anyone know how this Deathrattle will interact with Vectus? Will it
a.) copy the Deathrattle as it was on death, and shuffle the same spells the original Educated Elekk had?
b.) only shuffle new spells cast after the tokens are summoned?
c.) do nothing, because the effect is tethered to the Educated Elekk card, and not the Deathrattle?
The retention effect is not tied to the deathrattle. you get nothing from the Vectus whelps.
Bah! Oh well, thanks for the input.
a welp does not remember when it dies.
only a elekk does :P
Oh lord, here it is. A neutral card that can create infinite clones of your spells. From the moment I saw Archmage's Apprentice I thought "Man, too bad we'll never get that because that'd be too cool."
I'm not gonna lie, this is the card I'm the most excited about so far. A wet dream for every fatigue player.
There is a reason, and that reason is because games in hearthstone rarely go to fatigue. Unless you're playing a deck that's specially designed to win in fatigue then the player that wins the game is the player that wins the board or burns the opponent out, and increasing your deck size doesnt help you do that.
Yeah i suppose you're right. This is a great card for infinite resource decks, like Galakrond Priest
It's more that it lets you recycle important board clears and other resources in control match ups. But I doubt the meta is going to be slow enough to justify it.
I think this card may be a little too powerful. This is a literal "fits-all" card. There is no reason to NOT run this card on every single deck. I think it would be fair to make this a 3/2 instead of 3/4. That way, only decks that rely on the effect would run it.
Yes, yes... An elephant never forgets...
I like the theme and the art. The effect...shrug.
nothing really cool, they just printed an old paladin card with one little difference for each class :
Primalfin Champion
Not even remotely close. This is "whenever a spell is played", meaning not only do you not have to target itself, but opponent spells count too!
What a cute card
Lets make infinite mage tempo decks: xD

Dude this is crazy good.
I love the flavour of this. It made me giggle.
I like it in theory, not sure what I would run it in? Theres a lot of control vs. Control cards in this set.
Does this work with Soul Fragments?
It shuffles only spells "played" from hand
I guess what you could do with it, is trying to play spells that generates soul fragments. Seems good card for decks that have key spells in decks, like priest soul card, forgot the name, for 10 mana seems good. Plus the minion can be a soft taunt against the opponent.
