This kind of effect already happened in other games with draw mechanics. This card is a simmilar version of a pokemon card that someone show on top and 2 magic cards and a Yu gi oh card that did the same. It's a way to disrupt greed players with easy decks to win everytime. Gives equality on board and can happen of an aggro deck with 30 cards doesn't get out of fuel and rage quit everytime it faces a Control deck. In wild controls decks are stupid a lot, cubelock, priest decks, druid armor combo spell, warrior decks and so on...Too many tools to defend themselves.
This card may see a mana nerf in future but it's hard to predict yet.
Don't cry about the effect, play smart.
Magic has many different ways to attack the hand, this card is not even that bad (you dont lose anything or discard - you just redraw whats been shuffled) so people need to take a chill pill
Imagine those guys playing against discard Black decks or Black/Blue Counterspell/Discard Control decks in magic? They would rage quit right on the First "1swamp - Choose a card that isn't a land or creature on ur opponet hand and discard" and the next turn more 2 cards discarded, then one more next and in four turns u are out of hand xDDDDD
U going to play something? No, "2 ocean - counter target spell" and, creatures in magic are considered spell too, so u can counter minion drops with counterspell cards. some decks even has 35 copies of counterspell in various forms and costs in deck. like 1 mana and 2 ocean - Counter Target spell - draw a card
Magic is really toxic and unballanced, HS is way good compared to it.
discard is one of the worst archetypes in magic. there are counters against counter magic too and you can play around them also. what I meant is attacking the hand of the opponent in magic is way more evil than this. not sure how much magic you played in your life lol. as for balance it is as "balanced" as any other card game. HS is rng fiesta, how many times did you lose to the perfect randomly generated card? does that feel balanced? it is a fun game for that reason but so can be magic.
to name a few, but even those don't see much play maybe as sideboard: unmoored ego (look through opponents deck and simply remove all copies of a chosen card from it), thought distortion which removes all noncreature spells from opponents hand and it can not be countered, the good old thought erasure to just disrupt the mana curve but you also get to see the hand of the opponent...+ all the cards that go with the opponent having a small hand size. or just keep them from drawing more than 1 per turn with Narset. this card is nothing to be that shocked about, you don't lose out on any value whatsoever by shuffling some cards back into your deck (instead of completely eliminating certain cards from the game like it is possible in MTG)

Worst? Since when? Did u ever played Magic Arena ONline? Did u saw the ladder? Burn Red decks, Aggro based white/red decks...Counter Spell decks with Discard decks / Red/Blue Izat Razel OTK on turn 6 ....and so on...so many toxic decks.
And no, u can't actually counter a deck with 4/6 discard target cards between turn 1 and 3 ;
Aggro decks maybe, but it's not exactly my point. I'm just saying that all games has simmilar effects, pokemon, yu gi oh whatever...and this game was really in need of something like that.
The nice ones deck in magic are real shit to play, like saprolling and fungus and other token decks i really like. Land destroy decks are out of question nowadays (And was the more toxic meta it ever had after Atogue and Before Mijodin Skullclamp infinite artifact token decks)
I played this game for years since a boy, when i became an Adult I just tossed my cards away or sold the real nice ones... too toxic to continue.
Magic Arena Online started nice too, but it became boring too quick. The Matchmaking, the automatic rng (not like shuflle deck in real life) turned the game into real shit (and worse than HS)
That's it...I just think HS needs more diversity than bigminions or BIG broken combos or more TAUNTS! REMOVAL!! really ass boring.
It's painful to see a direct counter to Emperor Thaurissan.

It’s not as good as people think, if you wanna play it on curve you then sacrifice whatever is a higher cost in your hand, skull, glaivebound etc. it also bogs up your out cast (you just can’t skull if it’s on the left) and you’ve spent 4 mana do nothing. It is also just actively bad against agro and if you spend the turn (or half turn) to play it control will just beat you cause they don’t need much more than 5 cards. Will it work sometimes? Sure but DH has better draws and this ruins your outcast it’s only playable if your in top deck mode

it's a form of distruption , combo deck will be beyond annoyed when all their combo pieces get shuffle and draw only 4 cards back
