I still suffer from the trail by felfire challenge bug so nu packs for me:( although finishing the adventure multiple times now  Well done blizzard

Awfully balanced decks, bad brawl

I conceded my first game in 5 turns playing the priest/warlock against mecha-jaraxxus. MJ is just too op. He had the nuts and I had nothing. Such fun.

 Well speaking of WoW, there's a reason why they have dungeons, heroic dungeons, and mythic dungeons. Same for raids - LFR, normal, heroic, and Mythic. It's to cater to different audiences. Same concept here I think - just a spinning wheel on how to dole out rewards. I dont think they will ever stick to one method.

mecha-jaraxxus is so strong

Got some very good packs from this brawl, got both a Dragonqueen Alexstrasza and Nozdormu the Timeless :P

 While I dont disagree with you on the difference in rewards, you have to sometimes cater to the middle ground or lower tier of players. This means, while you are one of those that are eager and willing to login everyday to complete quests, not everyone can/want to. Just giving packs is better for those people which would be better than them doing only a portion of the quests to get...say...500 gold throughout those 3 weeks. Rewards fluctuate - they dont linearly get worse or anything. Chill.

9 packs cost 900 gold. 1050 gold gets you 10 packs. I disagree that that is "worth much more." Even if you assume 60g for every quest, that's still only 12 packs. If you feel "punished" by getting 1-3 fewer packs once a year, then you're tracking rewards much, much, much more anally than I am.

Gold value this late in the expansion is very high compared to expansion and past expansion packs considering that everyone already has all the commons and rares.
For me 1050 gold is 7 arena tickets so around 18 packs worth average.

I am not F2P and I appreciate the free packs and improved rewards from ladder.. 

logging in to get packs, then quest to get more packs, and do tavern brawl to get another pack.. great start of the month

got Bulwark of Azzinoth and Kargath Prime from ladder reward packs.. I guess being grateful has its blessings
