poor DH, nerfs again
finally, that class is literally fucking the game.
Over tuning new classes is Blizz's MO. Ive been playing Blizz games since WC 2. Thats why I just took 6 weeks off until the second balance patch. It happens EVERY TIME in Blizzard games. It is almost as if it is on purpose...🤔
I have no idea how u continue to play thjsi motehfkign shit vomi.,t called game.I guess u deserve how they treath you i can see .Keep buying and keep playing thsi vomit ''they will change it just because u keep buyng this shi.t anyways/.I cant believe how dumb u are so few left this just pure human stupidity-It doesnt matter how shi.t is it ill keep buying because iam dumb...
Salty?
As I received a warning from the moderator of this thread for my previous posts... I'll repeat my disappointment with Blizzard for the creation of a class that is, in my humble opinion, ruining the game experience because is encouraging a bad approach to the game.
DH seems to me to be overhelming powerful due to the ability to draw cards continuously while creating menaces each turn. This is by far worse of any aggro deck ever seen and reduces the weight of the choices a player should take each turn. A DH player can just have amazing (not good but amazing) plays each turn without renounce to ... anything. If you are wondering...no I don't think the nerfs changed anything on this matter.
Basically a not skilled player can ramp the ladder just using good draws, as the odds are too much in their favor.
If this post is a reason for me to get another warning, I'll happily delete my account from this site.
I actually like the fact that they took the risk and effort to make a new class with the Demon Hunter, that is available for everyone, instead of just creating new cards and solo adventures until eternity.
Of course it takes some time to balance and some decks will always feel stronger and have a better win rate than others, but for me that makes the game fun. Finding strong combos or decks that counter the current 'meta' is the strategic factor that makes Hearthstone exciting for me. Naturally the new class was too strong at first and got nerfed with the first (and also the second) patch, but I think that is quite normal for a video game that is free to play, to create tension and interest in the new content. All the changes are mixing up the meta quite nicely.
Also I just uploaded a video about the new balance changes and it's effect on the meta.
dh is the biggest mistake in HS history. there was a reason the old team 5 said there will never be a new class because they can't even balance the nine that they have...the decline of hs and civilization together lmao. oh well i'll still play i guess.
You get full dust refund for Frenzied Felwing too. It was just not mentioned.
Why would you dust Open the Waygate?
Why not Frenzied Felwing
And why does it only show 400 Dust on mobile for Open the Waygate ???
I feel sorry for everyone who spend real money on this expansion just to get trashed by free to play cards that are completely outrageous!
Remember how fun pirate warrior meta was? Great, let's create a whole class around that. And in case you do manage to build up some defense then jokes still on you cause now all of a sudden the hero power goes face or taunt is magically not a thing any more.
Just look at the match at 3:34:54 in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQDv4ueQQQE
On the one hand we have druid who does literally nothing to interact with for the first 6 turns and then you have DH who just continues to go face (to be fair not much else he can do anyways). And once the druid builds some defense the DH just goes through it anyway. Wow - so entertaining. Definitely needs more needless facepalms and roping of the players combined with over the top commentary to hide the fact how dull the gameplay is.
And then there is Rez-Priest who basically has no win condition except for boring you to death with insurmountable minion walls.
Cheesy decks mate, every single expansion has one or two. Its extremely annoying, you can deal with that but honestly this DH its on the next level of OP. For me that im playing since Naxxramas exp, this DH and Expansion is killing the game, at least for me.
I keep waiting for Blizzard to detail the class identity of the DH. At the moment, it still has all the advantages of the other classes (except secrets and armor).
And the problem with the DH is more serious than Blizzard believes, because they've unbalanced such a disproportionate amount of cards that they can oppress the meta in many different ways. Not to mention how absurd are many of the DH cards in arenas ... 6/7 is "very fun" and "balanced" in arena.
It's adorable how you guys react to Demon Hunter and its reign on ladder AS IF nobody saw it coming since day one of its reveal a month prior its release. I mean, the devs themselves LITERALLY said in all the interviews they wanted to create a whole fucking class that, I quote, "goes in your face", and they repeated that statement multiple times, you can watch it yourselves. How fucking retarded do you have to be to intentionally and actively bring cancer in Hearthstone to a whole another level? Why, why do you even force these idiotic aggro face cancerous decks and now a whole class revolving around dealing face damage?! Really? And I'll tell you why: because the majority of players are aggro pilots, and to sustain their playerbase, Shitzzard creates a class specifically for them. And I can't even blame people for playing aggro at this point, team 5's approach to control, value and combo archetypes is outright moronic, either it's completely broken and unfun to play against or it is a total disaster and tier 6 trash. They have proven their inability of adequate balancing, holy crap, Warsong Commander is still a card, why? Why does this freaking insult of a card still exist? And after all this crap Iksar dares to cry on his Twitter that people actively hate him? Lol, totally couldn't see it coming bro, no clue on why this is happening.
I see a great creativity stagnation in a game when an entire new class is created to satisfy a single strategy - and the worst, most infuriating one. And guys, a question to you: how do you think, how many times during these almost seven years of Hearthstone existence team 5 asked themselves one simple question: "Are our new cards and archetypes, and now a new class fun to play AGAINST?" I believe they don't even realize that this is a two-sided game, and both players (fucking surprise, mindblowing, right?!) need to have fun simultaneously?!
At this point I don't see any sane reason to ask any further questions. They are all rhetorical at this point. Feel free to downvote.
Calm down there, Ghandi.
Your issue seems to be that you don't like Blizzard designing the new class around a playstyle which, like you said yourself, the largest part of the playerbase seems to enjoy the most. So this entire raint kind of seems like a you-problem.
I can't believe you don't understand that card games in general have this issue...or at least collectible card games...there is no such thing as balance...just more close to balance/less close...you want a fully balanced based card game go play poker/uno and even then it is luck of the draw. It's called rng it isn't like starcraft where you have defined growth parameters....Honestly I know what to expect out of games like this and just play based on whether I am having fun during that period or not..i go through phases with this game...magic the gathering...yugioh...etc its the way these games go.
Don't know why you are getting downvoted. You are right.
"the largest part of the playerbase seems to enjoy the most" A bunch of kids playing DH and finally climbing on ranked? Tell me more kiddo.
Well, i mean user-6432009 is right. Didn't see there is no Tag.
So... DH is still a retard-friendly class.
Blizzard finally ruined this game for good. The new class makes no sense and is by far the strongest. So the ladder is full of this shit.
Well done.
