Announcing the Outland Inn-vitational! - Watch With Twitch Drops!
Blizzard just announced a streamer/hearthstone personality only tournament for April 21st, with 100k in total prize money and more importantly to us, the return of Twitch drops! The tournament will be 2 teams of 10 players, competing in alternating rounds as a certain class, with one whole team competing as Demon Hunter on the 2nd and 4th rounds. Read further details about the tournament below!
Quote from BlizzardIt’s time for the Outland Inn-vitational! Taking place on April 21, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. PT, the Outland Invitational will split 20 well-known Hearthstone personalities evenly into two groups—the Feisty Fiends and the Salty Satyrs!
The Outland Inn-vitational will use a new format we’re calling Demon Hunter Duel-fest, where both teams play against each other through 4 rounds of best-of-three matches. Each player will represent one of the ten classes and play as that same class in every match. However, on rounds 2 and 4, one full team will play as the Demon Hunter!
Here is how Demon Hunter Duel-fest scoring works:
- The winner of each best-of-three match will earn points for their team.
- Winning a match earns a team 2 points.
- At the end of four rounds, the team with the highest point total wins.
With $100,000 in prizing on the line, each member of the winning team will take home a cool US $6,500 while everyone else will still walk away with US $3,500. Additionally, the three players with the highest game score will get a US $1,000 kicker!
All participants will stream their own perspective of the competition on their own channels from the comfort of their home, with the official Hearthstone Twitch and YouTube channels providing match commentary and big-picture updates.

Masaru channel desuyo
incase you guys didn't know, she is the singer of Micro mummy and Lightforged blessing songs
Half of them barely play HS (I'm not considering BG as HS).
The field shows the sad state of personalities in Hearthstone.
What the hell are you talking about? The competitors include 2 world champions (Firebat and Tom), big casting personalities (Brian Kibler), long time competitos (RDU, ShtanUdachi, etc) and streaming personalities (Purple, Thijs, Kripp, Trump, etc). And there's a good spread of players from each major region to boot! Off the top of my head the only other person I would like to see there is Zalae. If you read between the line, we will likely have Raven, Sottle, TJ and Admirable casting with Frodan hosting. Should be a fun event. I think you are just looking for an excuse to complain.
I belive he loves to complain . I remember writemoney playin HS and streamin it , but not since years now, appearently he only visits forums to get some salt of... he was also hanging here and there in Gaaras channel, who stopped playing HS for his own good, since in the end he did nothing but raging and complaining..
probably because his twitch career never took off based on the sad state of his personality
I'm at least a little triggered that Purple is on the green team, and not the purple team.
Nayara and Thijs in the same team. Go Satyrs!
Well, the purple guys are fucked, they have kibler AND Regis killbin.
Edit: Told ya
Wait, why isn't Kripp in the "salty" squad?
Wow, imagine getting paid 3.500$ just to show up online, get ur web camera on and then u will be intentionally losing a few games to get out of there ASAP with the cash. They basically pay their entire college education if we think it from this point of view. What a life are some ppl having.
Don't get me wrong: it's a sweet gig; nice work if you can get it.
But $3500 ain't nowhere close to college tuition, at least not in the States. That's not even half of one year of in-state tuition at a public 4-year college, before room and board and books.
in spain you can get college tuition for 4 people xd
2 packs mate (2+2 hours = 1+1 packs), for nothing - nice price in my books
Salty team should have reynad there.
A bit funny the world champion is not in this one.
Only 1 pack? LULW
