Double Decker
How have you liked Ashes of Outland so far? We can already see some decks making a home for themselves in standard. However, Wild is slow to change since one expansion is very small compared to the thousands of cards available. Sometimes people like to build decks based on archetypes that thrive in standard. Others may add a few new cards to existing decks. But today we offer you a challenge. Here we have a list of decks that offer a combination of two or more archetypes in a single functional deck. These decks are mostly for fun, but they can work very well if you’re dedicated to it. If you’re looking for a fun challenge for yourself, try out one of these decks!
Lifesteal Mecha’thun Demon Hunter
Like all Mecha'thun decks, this is centered around card draw, removal, and protection until you have the winning combo. In this particular deck, the combo that wins the game (assuming you have no other cards in hand) is Mecha'thun, Mo'arg Artificer, Eye Beam on Mecha'thun, then Immolation Aura to finish the job. You should be able to clear any minions on your side of the board that have 4 or less Health. You will need help from Emperor Thaurissan and Drakkari Enchanter to discount at least three of the combo cards.

Spell Token Druid
The introduction of Glowfly Swarm and Fungal Fortunes encourages a type of deck that runs lots of spells. Druid has access to plenty of them, and many support Token Decks. The only minion in the deck is Archmage Vargoth, but since the bonuses aren’t a deck restriction, he’s free to double the value of your spells.

Handbuff Rush Beast Hunter
Hunter gained access to many new handbuff cards as well as minions that work fantastically with the stat increases. Mean Streets of Gadgetzan gave Hunters a few beasts that like to be buffed as well. This deck has plenty of synergies with Rush minions Beasts, and bonus stats.

Highlander Dragon Casino Mage
There’s always people out there that praise Yogg and many other forms of Meme based RNG. This deck has the consistency of Highlander cards as well as the utter chaos of cards that are unpredictable by nature. Zephrys the Great is fun, but randomly generating the perfect card is just as good.

Galvadon Libram Paladin
Ashes of Outland gave Paladin a LOT of cards that target your minions. As Galvadon and Lynessa Sunsorrow love when that happens, these new cards would fit right in with a deck centered around The Last Kaleidosaur. The Libram package is a great in general, but Libram of Wisdom works even better to fuel the Quest completion.

Clone Spell Priest
While Priests love summoning copies of their minions, this has usually been done through resurrection rather than cloning. Zerek, Master Cloner can be a bit difficult to consistently keep alive. But when you have a deck that keeps bringing him back, it can be pretty fun to overwhelm the enemy with several Zereks.

Secret Thief Rogue
Rogues have always liked to steal cards from other classes, but haven't seen any Secret support up until now. MVPs Blackjack Stunner and Shadowjeweler Hanar give enough of a reason to run Rogue’s Secrets. Alongside that, Thief Rogue cards are pretty great since Hanar will supply you with other class’s Secrets. When you play Tess Greymane, your opponent will have to deal with those Secrets all over again.

Evolve Spell Shaman
Spell Shaman hasn’t had enough support to make an archetype on its own, but it can be paired up with another to open up new possibilities. Evolution cards can slowly improve your minions as you cast tons of spells. Krag'wa, the Frog, Hagatha the Witch, and Shudderwock can supply you with plenty of resources to keep you in the game.

Deathrattle Cubelock
Demons are the centerpiece of many Warlock decks. This is especially true with Cubelocks, who love to cheat out big Demons. This deck adds a Deathrattle flavor to the mix using Kanrethad Ebonlocke and Enhanced Dreadlord to produce a new way to summon multiple copies of your big Demons while keeping you alive and protected.

Whirlwind Highlander Dragon Warrior
Dragons are known for heavy hitting, but Warrior can take advantage of the Whirlwind-like synergies like Dragonmaw Scorcher and Smolderthorn Lancer at the same time. War Master Voone can also make copies of Dragonqueen Alexstrasza or her free Dragons. Being able to take care of aggro with small AOE and combat large minions with Dragons is a good way to keep enemy minions under control.

We hope you like these ideas for multi-archetype decks to try out in Wild. We plan to continue presenting ideas for these kinds of decks whenever new cards are released. If you ever want a break from using the same decks everyone else built, try to challenge yourself by merging archetypes and making a successful combination of cards that can rival the power of decks in the meta!
Great idea! Im lovin it
I faced a decks similar to the libram galvadon paladin, and though it is a fairly solid deck, fairly solid sadly does not cut it in wild. It got stomped by my tempo despite having both 0 mana librams of wisdom starting turn 5. I don't think it'll stack up well against the top dogs of wild.
Yeah, most fun decks tend to have a hard time vs the strongest decks out there, but they're at least fun to try out. Some of these decks do beat them too from time to time.
Wow I didn't expect the Galvadon one
Thanks but I like theory crafting my decks and test them myself
I encourage exactly that!
Did not check the decks yet, but just want to say that I love this kind of presentation!
Keep the good work!
Love this!
Nice nice,the warlock one rocks
Great idea, keep it up :D
Really good, spicy decks.
Thanks for sharing! :)
Glad you like it. I actually use a couple of these in ranked and winning feels more like an accomplishment than “I just used a deck that counters yours”.
Interesting decks but useless against f____g quest mage.
And that's what I called action
Ty worth trying.
Certainly worth it. Highlander Dragon Casino Mage wins way more than it deserves to, and I run Griftah in my actual one.
Nice decks!
Why Thank You!
