Pretty interesting design. It would be "broken" with charge but without charge...this is for what? midrange i guess? Yes this are murlocs and yes burlocs are aggro but that not means that you cant use this as a turn 1 play for other kind of decks. Both murlocs and the weapon seems to be more midrange tools than aggro.
This is a troll. There's no way they arent doing this on purpose. All of the other imprisoned cards are demons, but paladin gets a shit murloc. What paladin player wronged them? What are we supposed to do with this? Combo it with Righteous Cause for two 2/2ss?
technically if you play 2 of this for the side quest you get 2 3/2 and 4 2/2 on turn 4. That is a very big board for just 3 mana and 3 cards.
This is a REALLY bad card. You can't attack with any part of it until turn 4. That's TERRIBLE.
Still gonna test it in Pure Paladin, but a little disappointed.
OP
As is tradition, they give support for different archetypes to Paladin
I always thought shaman ( morgl ) mainly murloc class guess i am wrong
Well, I guess they justify this by Sir Finley being a Murloc and a Paladin
It looks like it might fit in to my Righteous Cause deck. Legend to Bronze 5 here I come! (I know it's not possible but anything is possible with a deck like mine!)
You are not prepared.
Trash card.
So, we're going to be getting imprison anything? Seems legit.
This feels like Boom's Scheme. Art doesn't match the name (I guess it does match the effect since there are three Murlocs in the picture). I wonder how good it was before it was changed?
Yeah, I have a feeling that Boom's scheme was some sort of abomination that they realized couldn't be balanced (I think something along the lines of shuffling a bomb into their deck for each level).
He probably didn't do well in prison with a bunch of Demons.
This comes out of dormant the same turn that you can play coldlight seer so It's gotta be at least decent. The question is whether this card will be worth it in the games you don't draw coldlight seer. I expect murloc paladin to be kinda like mech paladin is right now, bad at high ranks but with a highroll win condition that makes it really hard to beat when it happens. For mech paladin the highroll is crystology into galvanizer and for this it's this card into coldlight seer.
that's a cool murloc
If this were dormant for 1 turn, it would actually be pretty good. However, it isn't attacking until turn 4, at which point most decks will have easy answers for it. Also, it's just a strange design for a murloc, which typically plays an aggro game and wants to play something on turn 1 that can start attacking on turn 2, not disappear for a couple turns while doing nothing.
Doesnt dorment check at end of turn? so it would be attacking on turn 3? could be wrong, cant exactly remember when it checks.
