Against aggro decks this card won't help - only if you play it on t5 and they haven't killed you by t7. But doing nothing against aggressive decks on t5 is basically suicide.
Control decks has serveral options to play around it. They have two turns to calculate how they'll manage the 10 damage coming their way
Midrange decks might dislike this card but again… playing it on t5 against midrange will cause you a lot of damage.
Not saying it's a bad card but it's situational.
