Balance Changes Coming - More Details Next Week
Blizzard, through Dean Ayala, a.k.a. IskarHS, tweeted out upcoming balance changes that they will share more information about next week. Read about it below where we quoted the tweet he sent.

Pretty sure at this rate we'll have balance patches every week soon and we'll have a different meta every week. Good luck trying to figure out what to craft boys. This is a card game and you can't just go changing cards every day. As soon as you nerf a card of course something else is going to become more powerful. Gonna nerf that too and keep the cycle going? Maybe they need to do some more internal testing on expansions before they come out. Unless they want to intentionally shift the meta a bunch with nerf after nerf so you have to keep buying packs (dolla dolla bills yall)/crafting new decks.
What about BG-changes? No one plays constructed anymore. Everyone is playing BG which is strange for Blizzard considering the mode is free and could potentially slow down sales of packs.
My prediction here:
Shield of Galakrond from 5 mana to 6 mana: According to the current meta, 4 out of 5 Galakrond decks are between tier 1 and tier 2 with a large percentage of play. This might because of the overall advantage of Galakrond decks that most Galakrond decks can gain huge value while having great flexibility and early game tempo at the same time. Nerfing Shield of Galakrond to 6 mana can significantly slow down the speed of invoke process and weakens the tempo of all Galakrond decks while not killing them. Also, Shield of Galakrond itself is an overpowered card comparing to Devoted Maniac.
Scion of Ruin from 3 mana to 4 mana: Nerfing Shield of Galakrond might not be enough for Galakrond Warrior, and nerfing Scion of Ruin along with Shield of Galakrond should be enough. Nerfing Scion of Ruin to 4 mana makes it harder to play Scion of Ruin + Barista Lynchen combo, and makes it not possible anymore to play 3 Scion of Ruin at the same turn.
Necrium Apothecary from 4 mana to 5 mana: Although Necrium Apothecary is a new card comparing to Necrium Blade, but consider that 4 mana Necrium Apothecary might affect the future design of the next 1 year, it might be better to target Necrium Apothecary over Necrium Blade.
Ancharrr from 3 mana to 4 mana: If Pirate Warrior deserves a nerf, then Ancharrr should be the best choice. It makes the game too RNG based that Ancharrr brings too much support for Pirate Warrior that drawing Ancharrr or not makes two different decks. Nerfing it to 4 mana should solve this problem while Ancharrr should still be a great weapon in Pirate Warrior.
I feel like they should look at both Ancharrr and Hoard Pillager. Compared to Lightforged Zealot Hoard Pillager has a similarly powerful effect but with a much easier condition. The pirate tag itself is also a plus and the interaction with Ancharrr] is insane.
I think if they nerf Shield of Galakrond to 6 its going to be a expensive card, the problem are not the invoque, the problems are the galakron are battlecry, if they remove the battlecry word from the card they make the shaman galakron a good card but not to much with shudder, i mean, you will be able to do only one time your 8/8....
About the DR rogue, i think you are right, the problem agains that deck is if you dont have a silence or something to not trigger the DR you are death.... i have been a lot of times fighting against this rogues and when they summon that &%$&%$ card its over, a lot of times you depend only on one card to win and that is insane, the game isn't fun when one card define all the match... Blizzard need to start watching what they are doing, it is frustrating when you make a deck and come a aggro deck and kill you on turn 4 or 5.... I think the escence of the game should be at least come to turn 10 or over, and with this kind of decks you kill the game, example when they put again the spell of shaman 1 mutate, a lot of people leave the game because if shaman make the combo on turn 4, was game over.... and now its happening again. rogue make their combo and its over... or galakron shaman with shudder or galakron warrior, when they can make the combo its close to be a game over unless you have a sephir of something like that but again you end up depending on one card....
they should focus on the bugs right now not on nerfs. Cant play a single game on iPad without a crash, a lot of bugs on PC as well. This game has never been so buggy as it is now so please fix your spaghetti code first blizz.

I don't think they will nerf legendary cards. with that said apothecary is the only nerf I'm 100% sure we will see.
Scion of Ruin to 5 mana. Necrium Apothecary to 5 mana. Ancharrr to 2/2. Galakrond, the Unbreakable to +3/+3. Galakrond, the Tempest 2/1, 4/2 and 8/4 storms.
I'd wager this is a fairly accurate prediction. I could also see Scion remaining at 3 mana, but being 2/1 instead and the Galakrond storms simply being capped at 6/6 instead of 8/8. Also, maybe Dragon's Pack getting +2/2 instead of +3/3.
The dragons pack change sounds good, i forgot about that card.
That would kill the Scion. I'd rather see it on 4 mana.
People complaining about toxic reinforcements just blows my mind. The problem right now is all about galakronds.

Good thing I got my first and only Legend rank with Galakrond Warrior before these nerfs.
Cards like Dragon's Pack and Scion of Ruin are powerfull cards alone, but overpowered when buusted/comboed. Also Galakrond's Hero Power for Shaman and Warrior would need some tweeking imo. Priest Hero Power is just pure sh!t and would need some rework to get to same level with others.
Don't forget Face Hunter and Res Priest, thank you.
Neither of which are broken and need nerfs.
