I like it! Definitely including this in my deathrattle heavy mogu quest lock
Blizzard is trying to bring back Handlock to it's old glory... in wild this card will be included in my Renolock... but for standard.. still a good card, I just dont think handlock will survive in standard.
Very powerful for an early removal
Warlock will have way too many board removals in standard again. Bullchit.
This is really good for control warlock. Cheap and powerful hard removal.

the rogue card that deals 3 damage and repeat for each pirate. It deals the damage even with no pirates.
the real porential of this card is spell damage. With spell damage you do 2, or more damage per card!
Especialy to your minion with spell power. (And as there is word repeat your spell power, buff will not preveil.)
Baking Soda Volcano
This seems like a worse Meteorologist. Sure, it's cheaper and a more guaranteed board clear, but it requires your board be clear or else it will clear it, and it doesn't have a body attached. It also can't be used for burst.
3mana vs 6 mana boardclear, wet dream of handlock.
Maybe good as an early game stall in handlock before you start dropping minions of your own, as an alternative to Doomsayer, since it only costs 3, but I don't see it being terribly viable beyond that.
In most cases it'll be dealing 7-10 damage total. When you start dividing that up between 3 or 4 minions, including your own overstatted minions after turn 4, it really doesn't amount to much. Granted, you can maybe situationally math out trades for a guaranteed board clear, but this doesn't produce scaling damage like Defile did, so there's a limit on how good this can ever be; hard to imagine Shadowflame not being the more viable option in that case, most of the time.
Instead of comboing with a spell damage minion like some are suggesting (which will probably kill itself before the effect finishes, anyway), just play Twisting Nether or Shadowflame one of your big boys.
Mind you, that it will probably be the way Defile works. Meaning, that once your spelldamage guy dies, the damage of your spell goes down accordingly.
You can't do 12 damage with this card unless you have 13 cards in your hand. Since you play this card, it doesn't count as being in your hand. 11 damage max with the new legendary activated and if you want to use it for tempo control, it will be doing even less, and may be an opportunity cost.

You have only this card in hand, you play it, it deals one damage. Now it repeats 0 times, since you have no other cards in hand.
You have two cards in hand. You play it. It deals one damage. It now repeats one other time, for a total of 2 damage
....
You have 12 cards in hand. You play it. It deals one damage. It now repeats 11 times for a total of 12 damage.
You play Handlock. Thanks to your new legendary buddy, you have 11 cards in your hand - But wait. Your opponent plays Deathwing. He has lethal, and your hand is full of minions that unfortunately don't have taunt or battlecry. Only a miracle would save this - But wait. You just drew Dark Skies. Could this be? You have 12 cards in your hand and a dragon of 12 health. This is the perfect chance to show him who's boss. You play the dark skies as it sends out the damage per card - 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 - ....

i see what u did there but the card says repeat for each card in hand so its either 12 or 13 xD 1 to begin and 11 or 12 repeats
