Does anyone know how this would work with Zerek's Cloning Gallery, would it automatically discover a card for you??????
No. It's just a vanilla 1/1 in this case.
that's unfortunate :(
Work w Anka?
Sure, (why not? it's tagged as Death Rattle)
Yes
Mogu Cultist/Desert Obelisk card of the set. While it can potentially high roll, it's a 0/3 for 5 that gets slaughtered by silence (yes, a lot of cards are much worse when silenced - but even stuff like Sylvanas and Tirion still have decent bodies, whereas this is a 0/3).
That said, any deck that was comfortable running Mechanical Whelp for deathrattle abusing purposes (so not caring too much that it's a mech necessarily) may opt for this as a cheaper version that can high roll harder than the Mech Whelp.
Edit: man, HearthPwn is just full of people who will downvote accurate responses because they don't like what you have to say.
1. Its a card made for rogue's because of anka, and deathrattle activators.
2.50% of the pool of dragons you can discover from, has high stats.
With this in mind you could say that the chance of getting a high stat dragon is 3x 50%.
Activating it shoulnd be to hard for a rogue either.
Secretly hatch into Faerie Dragon.
Way too slow

Summon 5-cost minion nerf.
Yea but why epic...
As I missed the text secretly that's why I put in my Barnabus the Stomper decks with N'Zoth, Fatespinner
Perhaps you should re-read the card.
Five mana - do nothing, then spend more mana/cards to get the egg to hatch, and you're not even guaranteed any thing good from it.
Won't see play. Cool design, great flavor, but just no.
Sure coming up with crazy stuff this expansion.
Of all Dragons in Standard, counting Class, you are looking at an average stats of a 5.5/6.7 minion (Neutrals only, including those revealed). And less than 1/3 of them have a useful effect tied to it. What's worse is that the pool is very bipolar - you have a lot of smash hits like Deathwing and Alexstrasza, along with other schlock like Brightwing, Faerie Dragon, or Twilight Drake
Is that good enough? To be honest, it doesn't look super powerful. There's some real highrolls here like Deathwing, but the majority of the time, you're getting a card which is only slightly better than a premium 5-cost minion.
Rogue: Time for my turn 5 Deathwing.
