Innkeeper now supports Battlegrounds - Top 5 Hero Winrates and more!
As most of you know, Innkeeper is HearthPwn's very own Decktracker and Collection manager that we have used to gather the information we display on the site and use to write our articles. We are immensely proud to announce today that we have extended its support to include the new Battlegrounds game mode in Hearthstone.
What does this mean? It means that we can now log every Battlegrounds game you play while running Innkeeper and collect data about Hero Winrates and Top 4 placements, Minion pick percentages, Player Match Histories and loads more.
Our intention is to support and display all these useful game stats right here on HearthPwn, including the Player Match History in user profiles, which we're currently working on. The best way to do this is through getting as much data and feedback as we can, which is why we are inviting you to start running Innkeeper while you play Battlegrounds. If you already are, make sure that you have your client up to date so it has all our latest changes to support Battlegrounds. You can do that here.
To start using Innkeeper simply go to our dedicated website, where you can download it or click the banner below!
Stats Collected So Far
Before we dive into some of the stats we have collected so far, we have to put in this caveat that this is all based on data collected after the Open Beta launch, and that the data here is still a comparatively small sample size, even though it spans thousands of games played.
This is also just a small sample of the kinds of stats we have. In order to confidently display more information we want an even bigger sample size to ensure accuracy, as well as more time to build out support for the most useful stats here on the site.

Conclusion
Let us end this post by thanking everyone that has been running Innkeeper to help us collect this data: you rock! If you want us to continue making posts with data like this, have specific stats you would like to see or have general questions, let us know in the comments! And remember, if you want to help us bring you these reports, run Innkeeper when you play Battlegrounds!
We wanted to make extra super duper sure that we would be able to support it and keep it maintained on a level that we were used to. So we did a soft launch, with just mentions on the forums in several places. And we are confident we can now. :)
Kinda what you expected. Mechs are overpowered. Because of this, Jaraxxus and Mukla have free rein over beasts and demons, and their powers let them keep up with mechs. I've played a game with Jaraxxus where the only damage I took was from my own demons during tier 1. Nightmare amalgam is overpowered since the mode is so tribe focused.
Then you got the bottom heroes. Toki didn't need a nerf. You were essentially rolling the dice (Read: getting a good mech) even before the nerf. Putricide's power is useless. Early game, you'll over kill, mid game it might be useful to clear taunts, but endgame it's wasted on breaking bubbles. Murlocs are the worst tribe and there's very little synergy with the hero power and the tribe, and the tribe becomes useless midgame due to the lack of mid and late game minions.
Toki at taverns 1-4 may not have needed a nerf, but Toki at tavern 5 definitely did. Her power was essentially 1-mana guarantee a chance to purchase a 6-star minion. She was definitely one of the strongest heroes, if not the strongest, at 1 mana hero power - especially in the higher ELO/MMR of play where people knew how to abuse it.
