ugh the amount of ranked games i lost on mobile because of crashes, or having to force quit the app 

yeah you have to be fast with closing app and restart again, you might catch your turn, it still happens to me but i managed to hit legend xD

i can’t even text with my friends. by typing to send a message my screen cannot display the chat. i can write and send but i can’t see the text and can’t close the chat. i have to restart the app. 

playing with the latest ios on iphone 7...

Can you guys stop pushing for free packs please, this has costed me three separate Arena matches because I play a card and then this white splash animation comes out and never resolves the game freezes there. Packs do absolutely nothing for me as an Arena player... Haven't played on mobile for about 2 weeks now... No playing on lunches, no playing while waiting places... This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for whats coined as a 'mobile' game.

I just realized something. Hearthstone is literally the only P2W F2P game I played where players were, and never are, compensated for ongoing issues in any way whatsoever.

How many times can this game go fuck itself already? XD

Which issues with the mobile client? I play on mobile all time and I have no issues. (Android)

On some phones the game would just crash. Even while playing PVE. Im so glad we got the rejoin funksion for it. would have lost so many times. game crash when i end turns when i play card when op does x it became super frustrating even in PVE. I cant imagine how bad it would have been if i was trying to rank up.

Well, not mentioning it's being awfully slow and clunky in general, it sometimes likes to crash for no apparent reason for me (visually looks like a video driver reset under Windows), hanged several times after playing a card and had different visual glitches here and there after that big patch where actiblizzort supposedly changed the texture format. Also worth mentioning that the shit tends to disconnect a lot more lately, while other online games work fine in the same spots. 

I won't even start discussing that crappy childish UI with these non-dismissable "HAHAHAHA" pop-ups and the lack of basic things like buying multiple packs with gold or a simple auto mute option, hehe.

about 4 weeks they did nothing. I skipped Halloween event bc these crashes and freezes. Thx activision-blizzard. Waited for the end of event to roll back changes. 

Do you guys not have phones?

This last patch removed the button to back out of the game.  Samsung Note 8.  When I press the back button it now brings up the game menu when before it went to the android menu screen.  To exit the game I now have to close all apps with my other button.

Why was this removed?

Same here, should say now all android mobile phone cant exit by pressing back to quit game. Weird indeed.. My xiaomi same, cant quit unless press home n clear memory

Since we are talking about mobile game client there is one thing that boters me from the long time... Why there are no "Exit Game" button in the main manu on the mobile app? It could be pretty usefull, don't think?
