this is great. I think Blizzard should add an altermeta play mode with special restrictions for a month. that would be really great and give people another option playing 'whatever nonsense power deck is hot' standard, and 'big priest' wild. Do it for the best brawls for a month. it would be great
Got some Wins with Rogue jade package some draw cards ( god i miss minstrels in standard).
I want to understand whats the thought process of someone queuing up to this brawl and going AFK. I had 4 AFK players in a row in my 4 first games in this brawl...
Probably people that have no interest in playing the brawl at all and just hope that roping annoys the other player enough to concede and they get the win they need for the pack?
This deck worked well, especially using Getaway Kodo secret from Hydrologist was surprising for opponents.

Taunt warrior with 26 taunts, 2x Bolster 2x Into the Fray craps on Secret Mage and all the Aggro variants. Won 5/5 and barely got touched.
Did you get special quest for this brawl?
Nope
Classic and Basic only brawl was so boring, This one is better, at least we get rares

I love shitting on secret mages the less skillful archetype in HS history. Apparently ppl like to play it here so i got the perfect deck. I will insta concede vs others. And as soon as i q up vs secret mage i will make them rethink their choices in life
This gonna be a good week

3/5, total 35 mins for the whole quest.
Fine I guesse.
Secret mage brawl
YES!!!
I know, some people won't find it very exciting, but I wanted to see a Brawl like this happen for YEARS. Really happy that it finally happened.
i love brawls like this that restrict your deckbuilding. I had good luck with a heal-zoo warlock deck, with happy ghouls, & lightwardens etc... my opponent was a secret mage that seemed to not draw well.
17-0 with secret mage, farming noobs all day
PAUPER FORMAT! I hope that if enough people play this they decide to make this a ladder format eventually, either Standard or Wild. It would be tons of fun and I think people really underestimate how many more cards would see play.
