If they hadn't bought any of the older expansions before then it is very likely true, as they will be hitting all their guaranteed legendaries.

If you don't think the game is good enough to warrant the money you need (?) to spend on it then don't play it?

Giving the developers either praise or feedback is EXACTLY what forums are for. They are meant to give developers insight in why people play or don't play their game. And I'd say that releasing 3 pre-release bundles a year at the cost of AAA games like GTA 5 or is a pretty reasonable topic for complaint. 

Streamers are quitting, Youtubers are switching to different games, player counts are probably falling as well considering HS Twitch views are at an all time low. And white knights like you, scouting forums to tell the players who are left to "just quit instead of complaining", aren't going to make anything better either. 

Developers don't read this.  If you don't like the game, get lost.

TIL that stating the obvious (that you shouldn't buy things that aren't worth the money) somehow qualifies as "White Knighting".

Hey, do you know who, unlike you, has actual numbers of people buying those packs? 

People said the exact thing about the masters bundle, yet the sales were so high the masters Las Vegas tour winnings got increased. I'm guessing the sales people at Blizzard know a tad more than you (and me) about what pays better.

 I believe there is a few requirements

1)be logged into twitch

2)have account linked

3)watch 3 hours per booster max 2

4)twitch may not be muted (sound on 0). unsure about pc muted personally i didn't get any while i muted my pc. but it seem you can mute the page at the moment but that might be oversight that might be fixed sooner or later . 

4 is the one were most people seem to mess up in not getting the boosters

 i always get my packs from twitch drops and i have always muted the stream and never watched.
