Posted Aug 20, 2019 (Saviors of Uldum)Opened a ticket because I didn't get the two packs, just got the answer from a GM basically saying that after checking in their database (whatever that is) they can't be sure if I was watching or not so no packs.
Kind of a joke answer considering I was active in chat for over 6 hours out of the total 14 hours I watched.
For the record I've been farming Overwatch League tokens for over a year and I got packs during the previous HS events like this one on Twitch, account was linked and watching on the right channel.
Edit: A second GM told me to contact Twitch... PepeHands

Turned on the stream when I went to work day 1, but forgot to turn off automatic sleep on my computer. Got the first Uldum pack anyway. Had the stream on for about 6 hours day 2 and 3. Day 2 I got the second Uldum pack and 3 Classic. Day 3 I got nothing.
