Friday Fun Decks

What's better than after a long week of grinding things out at work, school or Ranked Ladder to kick back and relax with some Friday Fun Decks going into the weekend?

Well, we brought you a selection of decks to do just that. There's some standard decks, some wild decks, but most of all these are decks with interesting cards that haven't seen much use, Archetypes that have been forced out by better competition in the same class and combos that are often too unreliable to see play on the Ranked Ladder, but they are FUN. Truth be told though not everyone's idea of fun will be the same, so we cast a wide net and hopefully brought something for everyone.

Let's dive in!

Eggo-Mancer

The first offering today is a Wild deck on a budget, only 4840 dust even if you have to craft everything. Cheap fun, the best kind!

The main idea behind the deck is to abuse the new Saviors of Uldum card Expired Merchant and the older Cruel Dinomancer to get a loop going where the Dinomancer will constantly be resummoned upon death.

Big Blatant Decoy Paladin

This Standard deck revolves around using the new card Blatant Decoy as well as Duel! and Prismatic Lens to cheat out huge minions on earlier turns where your opponent will have trouble dealing with them.

It has a secret package and the usual Paladin control tools to get you to the point you can start using the combos.

Face Warrior

Sometimes when the every day grind gets us down, we long for the simpler times in life, when Face was the Place and you could kill your opponent before they had time to put up taunt walls or get their AoE out and just have some good clean fun.

This Standard deck does just that and has the added benefit of TOTALLY catching your opponent off guard when they realize they are not dealing with Control or Bomb Warrior for a change, but with SMOrc Warrior!

Obelisk Combo Rogue

This Standard deck is a combo deck that tries to copy and summon an indecent amount of the new Desert Obelisk to obliterate your opponent.Tricky to get off, but when you do, oh boy...

Streamer RegisKillbin actually managed to summon 7 of these in a game!

Bwonsamdi Burst Priest

In all honesty, I don't think Prophet Velen would approve of the combo he is being used for here in this deck. He's a gentle soul and being able to do 32 to 80 face damage in one go is anything but gentle I feel.

This Standard deck has more tricks up it's sleeve though, because it also has Malygos to help achieve the combo.

Big Muck - Reborn Shaman

Control Shaman? Control Shaman! Let other people play their Murloc and Quest Shamans, here's a Standard deck for the Shaman player that wants something different.

The deck has ample AoE and removal to get through the early game and then it can start with getting it's high costed minions out in various ways.

Quest OTK Mage

Quest Mage? I hear you say, you said no common decks at the start! Yep, but this is OLD SKOOL Quest Mage. With Journey to Un'goro's Open the Waygate Mage Quest you attempt to use the reward to get 2 turns to set up a kill.

This Wild deck also isn't just a collection of old cards. It incorperates Saviors of Uldum cards like Zephrys the Great and Reno the Relicologist as well for that fresh feeling.
