Obelisk's Eye on the other hand, even ignoring the +3/+3 buff is already a better Priest hero power, healing for 3 health instead of 2. So, right out of the gate, you have a hero power that's better than one that's already pretty damn good. Then you add +3/+3 and it's insane. If you can manage to heal an injured minion, it's effectively a potential +3/+6 swing. Include the fact that it doesn't have a tribal restriction and you have a hero power that isn't even remotely in the same ballpark as Dinomancy.

Posted Aug 4, 2019 (Saviors of Uldum)They're similar effects, and while I agree that it's much better, it's also a lot slower. Dinomancy also got an insane amount of hype and you know how that turned out.

Posted Aug 4, 2019 (Saviors of Uldum)The question remains for me... Velen doubles damage AND healing... So if you have him out you heal for 6, if you use auchenai do you do 12 damage? If so that's not bad at all. If it works that way velen plus this plus regenerate is 24 damage (11 mana though)

Posted Jul 31, 2019 (Rise of the Mech)Health doesn't have to be restored. It will always give it +3 +3. Basically you heal for 3 AND give the minion +3/+3, if the minion is full health then you only give the minion +3/+3.

Posted Jul 31, 2019 (Rise of the Mech)Not sure if this was answered or not, but what do you think happens if you try to use Obelisk's Eye on an ENEMY minion with Auchenai Soulpriest? Does the minion die for the damage, or get saved by the +3/+3 buff?
