Can't believe how people can't realize that this card, in the right deck, can be quite strong. I don't think that deck exists yet, but eventually, this will find it's place in a "Spell only" Rogue deck. You get to destroy two minions for one Mana and four damage to your face. Compare that to Spirit Bomb, and you see that this card is actually quite good - if you deck doesn't include minions that is.
This sucks in Rogue. Good healing tools are needed for this card to be good, and we know devs will always show the middle finger when talking about healing for Rogue.
its not actually four damage to your face because you also need to factor in the damage the minions will do when you attack them.
If you play a minion-less deck, the enemies minions that you remove with this weapon would have attacked your face anyways. I am not saying that it works now, but Wild is a thing and this card will eventually work, trust me.

I dont see any relations between plague and equipping daggers. Its more like omega card. I expected different flavor from plagues

Sure something we needed
Your opponent gets to kill two of your minions for free, and all you get is 4 face damage. Since no aggro deck ever has run sinister strike, which only does 1 less damage but doesnt give your opponent free removal, I don't think this is a good aggro card.
Obviously the point is not the 4 damage to your opponent's face, but rather the possibility to easily get rid of 2 big (maybe with Taunt?) minions he summons. Add to this the cost (1 mana) and the chance to destroy your opponent's weapon.

I don't know man.. I really wanted to see some control tools for rogue that helps him survive a bit longer.. The only way I see this card being used is probably in some low cost-minion aggro rogue because it's a really cheap 4 damage. I thought devs are aware of how rogue is "delicate" class (they seem to agree as a class weakness) but still they make a card that requires you to face tank some damage.
PS: If only this could work with blade flurry, oh well..
The name and the art of the card looks more like a mass hysteria effect, but instead you equip two weapons?

Wat? I thought the whole idea of plagues was to affect the whole board, that doesn't do it... Weird
That is supposed to be rogues weakness so they give it a powerful single target removal.
