Becoming Legendary - Three Decks That Will Take You There
Today we're checking out three deck lists that have the potential to take you up to Legend and then keep you there, including a list that made #1.
Our three decks come from three different community members and have been vouched for by many of those within our community. Great success has been had in reaching Legend and should rank you up fast if you're on the lower end of the ladder once you get the hang of them.

Live Piloting
We've forced KiwiiNbacon to play these live on his stream. Lets see how well he does!
I'm playing the variation of Tempo rogue, but with less pirates and more stealing. Crazy, I know. I sank 4 ranks down. Eh... I'll try to add more arrr I guess.

It's not the best build for Token Druid imo.
I've had alot of success with this version of Token Druid and haven't had a hard time against the other version, I climbed from around rank 16 to rank 3 with a 64% winrate.
It is not... According to HS Replay stats this one is the highest winrate build (and it has over 30k plays so data is reliable):

Do us a favor, reset your stats, start over from rank 3 again for actually reliable data, or maybe just look it up for yourself in a few days when you got a decent number of games again
I didn't say this one was the best version, I just said that this is the one I use and I haven't had any trouble going up against the other. I just saw the one you linked as a reply and it looks really good, will look into it and might use that one instead.
I wasn't really replying to you. Just linked a good deck... And what that other guy is raging about i am not sure.
I have all 3 decks, and, what can I say... in this triumvirate druid token is dominating, the other 2 not worth crafting, because they will lose to token in 2/3 games.
I hate OTK decks.
With all the meta shifting daily, Zoo continues to serve me well, as casual as I am. Not to mention it's super favored against Token Druid which a lot of people run at the level I'm in (low single-digits).
carpet zoo, token druid and tempo rogue IMO are the best 3 right now. some warrior decks are up there as well. (mech paladin, murlocs etc are not far behind neither)
I tend to run a totally different token druid myself, than the more minion focussed one featured here (I know the guy who made the deck though and have seen it in action, it's good).
I prefer fewer actual minions and using tokens to get stuff on board instead though. only actual minion in my version are stelladris, vargoth, acornbearer and microbot controller. It's all just down to playstyle preference though really.
Cheap fast decks that will dominate the meta and lead to incredibly repetitive encounters. How would this be nice? They forgot to put beast Hunter and murloc shaman. The relief for Baku and Genn farewells will last way less than expected.
Without enough aggro decks, control and otk decks are able to play way more greedier. That's the thing what is unhealthy for the game. We are at a good state of the game, where control warriors may run 1x Baleful Banker for their Archivist Elysiana it's hard to fit a second one in. Without these dominant aggro decks, they would be easily able to and blizzard will nerf more cards or increase the turnlimit. In my opinion the game is healthy when we have a nice balance between control and aggro, like what we have right now.
Absolutely agree with iCatchYou. The year with less aggro dominance in the history of Hearthstone, the year of the raven, was the year with the biggest declining in playerbase and viewers. Combo decks are only funny when there are few of them, and control decks are funnier when there are agro decks, to stop them. Control vs control match ups are HELL to play.
Right now I find the meta much more entertaining than in the last 10 or 11 months.
I completely agree with both of you. Control and combo decks can be fun, but them ruling the meta is unhealthy. That was the main issue with the Year of Raven. When decks like Toggwaggle Druid or Gallery Priest are top tier decks, there’s a problem with the meta. You shouldn’t consistently be able to win by drawing your deck, playing armor and/or boatloads of removal, and then win by dealing 40 damage or fatiguing your opponent by stealing their deck. Aggro gets a bad rap, but they’re necessary to keep greedy control and combo decks from running rampant.
But if they are not strong, they sucks so they become tier2 or tier3 and become trash decks, its better a slow meta because there are good decks and more diversity
That’s just fundamentally not true. You can have a diverse meta without the best decks being control or combo decks. And I’m not saying control and combo decks shouldn’t be good. I’m saying they shouldn’t be so good that they push midrange and aggro decks out of the meta.
And at what tier is Priest in this balanced game?
I played a control matchup yesterday as shaman against warrior both with Elysiana and he used it with baleful banker, I had shudderwock to shuffle another 10 cards into the empty deck. In the end I won because he ran out of steam but I think it took like 40 turns. Very fun game, but hopefully not the majority of them since it took almost an hour.
