Token Druid is King - The Best Rise of Shadows Deck For Each Class
We're almost a week deep into Rise of Shadows and its time that we look into how each class is doing and what their best deck right now is.
Decks below have been provided by data harvested by HSReplay and some guides written by members of our community.

Priest - Resurrect Priest (49% WR)
Not in a super great spot right now globally, but this is the best deck Priests have to offer. Priests have almost always been in that funny spot where good players will do really well with a deck, share it, and then others tank the overall winrate to make the class look bad.

i love the new expansion!!
The new Standard Meta feels so good.
Where’s the Wild list?
Imagine congratulating Kripp on Bomb Warrior.
What planet are you on, he neither made the deck nor is there anything amazing about his list
Thank you for valuable comment, you have won key ring!
all these cancer decks will be around 4 months...
I don’t get how these are the top decks when there are some that trounce every single deck on this list, including some slightly modded deck recipes. The burn mage with Arugal on particular is just disgusting. Yet to lose a game with it in 19 outings.
I haven't seen such a balanced meta. All classes have a good deck and it's just pure joy to play right now. And it's good that Blizzard removed Genn and Baku from standart. Token druid is kind of a pain in the a** a bit, but it has counters. So far healthy meta.
I don't agre. Yes, you can play every class, but you cannot really build your own deck. Blizzard really forces us into specific archetypes. For example, I love playing mid/control pally, but with ROS, if I want to play paladin, I have to play the specific list we see in this post.
It's not new (it's been like that for the last 2 years) but I remember Ungoro when I was able to build my own decks.
I kind of agree with MrDuloup.
This meta is by no means the worst we’ve seen. (I never want to go back to frozen throne launch.) But I feel like every deck is only based on value generation. How much more RNG value can I get.
Most of the meta feels like arena. There are very few alternate viable win conditions that aren’t just control the board and generate value.
I’m excited for where this meta will end up but I think we might need to see some small adjustments to cards before it really feels coherent to me.
That's literally what the community was asking for. Away from rampant OTK and win conditions out of hand and back towards the board actually mattering and fighting for the board.
Right. Not saying bring back OTKs, but the decks before the rotation felt like they had a little more synergy.
I think I'm more concerned with the clown fiesta of RNG value swings. "add random [x]" cards. If that makes sense.
Maybe it will just take me a little bit to get used to the "old" style of hearthstone.
Ummm... It's better with the RNG factor in every game in my opinion than every single game you play vs OddPally or Hyena Hunter. It was boring. Now you play your strategy, but the RNG sometimes is the factor between win or lose. It's the same in life. And some weeks ago there only were Paladins and Hunters. Now you can play against every single class and everyone of them has its ups and downs. I was close to stop playing Hearthstone a while ago, but now I play 5 different decks with 5 different classes and the game stays fresh.
All this looks fairly balanced I must say. Enjoying the expansion so far.
"The best priest deck has 49% winrate" LUL
However once Priest get enough support cards in the following expansions, it will be the most disgusting class again. Every rotation ends up like this.
That's Priest in a nutshell: his core set (Basic/Classic cards) is so bad that the class actually needs great cards every expansion in order to stay alive in the meta.
Therefore, unless they change something, Priest will always be complete trash meme (at the beginning of every year) or complete bonkers (at the end of the year).
To be fair, this situation is not ideal for both Priest and non-Priest players.
Exactly, Priest lost Duskbreaker, Psychic Scream, Spirit Lash, etc. If they will get a new board clear they will be dangerous again.
I feel like the Priest class serves a similar purpose to the Blue color cards in M;TG. It's just there to let players mess with the rules of the game. Good players will always find a way to maximize the rule modifying, like the Silence Priest archetype.
We're all having fun at Priest's expense and I'm okay with that
