So.….let's say you play this and use it to kill a minion.....when it gains the attack again....I'm assuming that the second attack on the first turn can be used to go face?
Yeah I guess so too, which means it's a priest 48/48 charge minion, that first can clear any enemy taunt minions. Which is a bit over powered, but we will see.
Need to combo once with coin or mana lowering minion in wild, but shouldn't be to difficult.
No, I'm pretty sure the definition of rush says it can't go face the turn it's played. Regardless of number of attacks, that would still count as "the turn it's played."
Once again.. it's mind boggling how these clueless rank 20 noobs downvote my perfectly logical comment.
That's insulting. Come back here and tell me how WRONG you were once you see that this card sees no play in Paladin.
You're probably getting downvoted for making comments like this
You're absolutely right. No one is gonna play this in ranked.
I logged in for a single purpose of downvoting you. Here, have another one.
Lets be clear, "Overkill" it's an exclusive mechanic for rastakan's rumble, no more cards will have it, and this needs only to kill the minion and the effect will trigger, which means you can kill a 2/3 a 3/3 or even a 11/3 and this can attack again
Lady in White! (maybe finally?)
edit: what's the downvotes for?
noooo ?
Now that you mention i, Maybe Divine Spirit Inner Fire ?
This is the effect that I wish that Gonk had. Better application and more versatility than just building OTK combos.

Guys.......this card is potentially INSANE on turn 10+. It can be buffed in so many ways by every class except Mage, particularly Priest, Rogue, Paladin, and Warrior. Look at these buffs you can put on a 3/12 rush minion with "if it kills a minion it can attack again".
Blessing of Might + Blessing of Wisdom (or maybe Lightforged Blessing)
Power Word: Shield + Inner Fire
Cold Blood
Inner Rage + Rampage
Earthen Might + Ancestral Healing
Mark of the Wild
Soul Infusion
Goblin Prank
And
Spirit of the Rhino
Akali, the Rhino
as well~
Why on earth would you want to use so many cards for a below average combo? Just to clear someone's board? You've probably lost 9/10 games to aggro decks before you can use this combo and the 10th you would just win without it. This card is thrash.
Oh wow yeah I forgot thanks! If Inner Rage still gives +2 with the spirit that could be really good! And of course amazing if Akali pulls it.
@DjangolSky I agree wholeheartedly. This card is thrash. I agree you have to be careful about investing in and holding too many cards for a combo like this that only clears the board. The Priest one in particular is a waste of potential face damage. But it's a board clear that leaves a body, and board clears are gonna harder to pull off after rotation. The Rogue combo only requires one card and the Shaman one leaves behind a full health 5/14 taunt. There's something there. Plus lots of meme value.
doesn't even have to overkill, just kill in general :)
Well... I know that priest probably has better things to do with Inner Fire, but that's where my mind immediately went. Maybe a Power Word: Shield, combined with an Inner Fire, you've got a 14/14 that can clear board for days. If you're up against a midrange-y deck, that might be just the swing you need. If you're up against a control deck, then the statline's still pretty prime to pull removal or risk a Divine Spirit wombo-combo, in the same vein as you might see Mosh-ogg enforcer.
Speaking of which, that's a card that Batterhead would need to beat out to see play. They both fill a similar niche of stopping boards of small minions dead in their tracks, but batterhead can't do that so easily to big minions (Unless, like I was saying, you use an inner fire). However, what it lacks there, it might make up for by being immediate; in short, if your opponent is running a silence, they can't really silence this in time to help.
I can, however, make one assertion with certainty; if mass hysteria lets you get similar results to having 2 gonks, on this minion, someone is absolutely going to get a highlights clip where they ram it face like 3 times for lethal.
everyone, get BACK here!
