FINALLY!
CREATIVITY!
NOW PLEASE KEEP IT UP!
Walking fountain looks like Alf.
Actually, I think it might be based on Half-dead Walrus. That was a test card they showed off in a Developer Insights video for The Witchwood. It inspired the Echo mechanic.
Damn son, that is going deep for a call-back. I like it.
So you’re telling me Stormwatcher could’ve been awesome this whole time?
I don't if anyone said this before me, but Muckmorpher could be used in a Big Shaman-like deck with Eureka!.
Walking Fountain may also be included in this thoerycraft, but it is a very good minion by itself too.
Nice
These cards are more unique and creative than some of the legendaries we have seen so far this expansion
legendaries are not necessarily supposed to be more creative than cards of other rarities.
Okay, we have seen now, that the cards are interesting...
But... PLZ - why is the walking fountain looking like a cobold? Am I the only one seeing this? Or is this sth else i dont know?^^
Help me plz!
Apparently it's modeled after the Dalaran fountain. Why that looks like a kobold, I got no clue.
I would write that but didn't want to flood.
at least it doesn't have a candle on top of its head. :D
Walking Fountain seems really good.
8 Mana, deal 4 damage to two minions (or 8 to one), heal yourself for 8 (and maybe still have a body on board with elemental tag).
With Earthen Might, it's heal for 12, do 12 damage, get random elemental in hand. :D
I think Muckmorpher could be compared to Corpsetaker in a way. Corpsetaker used to take the keywords from minions like Zilliax in your deck while Muckmorpher might just randomly transform himself into him.
No, nothing to compare, one card is just a bunch of stats, while this minion is a combo piece.
Fun fact: 4/4 copy of Al'Akir the Windlord is a better finisher than card itself.
Walking Fountain seems pretty bonkers. but the cost balances it very well.
I am pretty sure any Shaman would have this in most decks.
and in wild.... lets not talk about that.
So, Stormwatcher that costs 1 more mana, and is the opposite of slow... I can actually see it being played, We saw Zilliax being played, and sure, this costs 3 more, but has +5 lifesteal and can remove 2 4 health minions, which is a tempo play if I ever saw one. It also has a reasonable chance of surviving it and has the hidden keyword taunt because oh my god, you have to kill this minion before it gets to attack again. Which means he'll likely gain you at least 4 more health.
And it's an elemental, which , granted, doesn't say much anymore, but just might in the future.
alakir?
shaman always gets something interesting <3
Muckmorpher is cool card that i want to experiment with though not in a deck with Shudderwock for the same reason i hope yogg did not turn into a sheep during the battlecry. Walking fountain is just a really nifty common that might just see play because of the stats and synergy with elemental matter cards that shaman still have. It be interesting to see how these cards turn out.
