Your comment proves that you have ZERO Hearthstone knowledge. That's what watching too much Twitch does to you when you actually don't play the game.
In reality this is neither good nor bad. It has some implementations but priest has always been a class that needs synergy to work.
Priest never uses random single cards like that unless the deck is very draggy / controly .
That doesn't see play in a combo priest, in an aggro meta, in deathrattle priest and in many more cases
Long story short this doesn't see play in 70-80% of the possible metas.
This is OP card because you can see opponents. It mean you can plan for that.
So did chameleos, with the only exception that chameleos could also detect future draws.
Long story short, Priest never in his history uses Standalone medium / good cards, unless the card has an Insane power level like Kabal Talonpriest / Priest of the Feast / Northsire Cleric / Zilliax
Other than that priest won't use random minions that are not part of his game plan.
After rotation
Rogue: Academic espionage
Priest: Hold my beer
knowing your opponent's hand is the first step of victory
Roger and the Taipei team fully agree
All the people saying boring to all these cards are likely the same people grinding ladder with a Baku deck
Baku should be renamed to "Baka". You know, to fit the theme better.
I feel like I will hate this card. Also I noticed it makes Chameleos worthless, it has the same use but less RNG and more value.
Health.
3 mana, Discover 1 card, Legendary. 3/ 2 ??? = trade with any 1 mana 2/1. Really? Come on
MOST have this card ! fits in all my priest decks
Kind of a boring effect for a class legendary, but it seems decent enough.
Lol seriously people. Let you see 3 cards of your opponent hand and pick one: boring. What would be not boring than?
It's just a Discover a card with a minor upside, I don't see what's so interesting about it. Maybe I'm crazy, but I feel like class legendaries should have more of a unique effect. That's my point; it's a class legendary that's basically just a generally good Discover a card-minion. If this was of Epic rarity I wouldn't mind.
Not boring cards? There are so many of them, but sure, here's a few: Arch-Villain Rafaam, Swampqueen Hagatha, Kalcegos, Sherazin, both variations of Elise, Reno Jackson, Kazakus, Genn and Baku. Even Snapjaw Shellfigher is more interesting, and that's an epic.
Of course, this is just my opinion and I'm dumb.
pretty nice! not a super good game breaking OP card, but balanced, and fair.
it costs 1 extra mana than the stats would imply, so that you can discover a card and get some information of your opponents deck (which will be useful in control matchups).
maybe not the best card in aggro matchups, but it is decent.
Not sure how I feel about this. At first I thought it would be a pretty bad legendary to crack if you didn't get many; you're not going to build a deck around this. Then I wondered if that's good. I mean, you could safely slot it into almost any priest deck for a bit of hand power and early game intel.
Then I thought how much this card would suck if you're both (or at least your opponent) top decking.
Also, could be amazing in PvE content against enemies who use OP cards.
So, I really don't know how to feel about this. I don't think I'll craft it, but if I opened it I would use it.
Pretty good card! Someone people have said this will be good to know which deck your opponent is playing, but that isn't the case, you should pretty much know what deck your opponent is playing by turn 3-4. However, it is busted for knowing what they currently have in their hand, for example if you are worried about flooding your board turn 4, but you just saw they had no board clears you can flood your board with almost no risk.
Somewhat versatile, good in early game, good in late game. Not to strong of a body with a strong battlecry. Seems balanced and powerful to play. Overal this card seems like a step in the good direction. I like it!
Add draw a card to the battlecry and this would be a good legendary
why? this already discovers you a card. you dont need to draw another one aswell.
