Brawl of Champions Grand Finals Is This Week's Tavern Brawl
It all ends here, which Champion shall stand victorious!? Choose a troll champion and you'll get the strongest shrine yet!!!
Trivia
- This is a brand new brawl. Kind of?
- This week's brawl is a part of the Season of Rastakhan event taking place over 3 weeks.
- A special quest is active during this brawl which gives you a Rastakhan's Rumble card pack for playing three games.
- Winning a game for the first time this week gives you the normal classic pack.
How it Works
- Choose a class. This picks your rumble champion.
- Your rumble champion has a shrine, just like in Rumble Run.
- Your deck is pre-constructed for your champion.
Here are the shrines active for this week.
Discuss This Week's Brawl
Head on over to our tavern brawl forums to discuss the brawl in our dedicated thread.
Public Service Announcement
Captain here to say for the third and last time that winning the brawl with all different classes does not award you with anything special, which coincidentally crushed my dreams of a hidden reward if one has beaten all 3 brawls with all champions. *sad pepe*
Honestly it would kind of suck if you could get something only to discover you can't because you had no way of knowing.
I praise your enthusiasm and sense of exploration, but something like this would cause lots of outrage to the people who did not know, Blizzard would never do something like that in the fragile hearth community
Another unbalanced shitshow.
Lasts months i'm playing HS only for daily quests, but these brawls were really funny and entertaining.
Warlock can be quite OP.
Mage and Rogue are annoying.
Rest of the classes are okish.
druid is super powerful also.
Play hunter for izi win, and when you are bored of funny games
Except that's pretty fucking bullshit. The discard shrine is easily the single most broken shrine in the entire thing content. The double-spell-cast shrine for rogue outweighs this fucking turd of a rogue shrine by a country mile. The priest shrine that is basically Lyra, except better is also just outclassing this garbage by an amount that pretty much approximates to infinite.
Each week has had a random assortment of shrines with each class being randomly assigned their most broken one.
Shrine's HP is inversely proportional to how powerful Blizzard deems its effect to be, and they do a lot more testing than you do in your 1-2 runs. The 2 HP for current week's Rogue Shrine is a pretty strong indicator of its power, and 3rd party sources agree about its power level as well: https://www.hearthstonetopdecks.com/guides/rumble-run-best-shrines/. I agree with that assessment as well, it provides tempo while also derailing opponent's deck. The power level of the double-spell-cast shrine you seem to fond of on the other hand is situational at best, you need spells in your hand that benefit from being cast twice (and many rogue spells don't - Sap, Vanish, Walk the Plank, Shadowstep, Preparation, etc.)
Got Mojomaster Zihi out of my pack, so that wraps up the Rastakhan's Rumble journey of Hearthstone for me. These past brawls have been really fun despite having some heavy RNG involved. I hope that the next expansion gets announced soon.
Devs managed to drag out one tavern Brawl across 3 weeks of pain and salt.
BRAVO
Druid: After you use your hero power, refresh your mana crystals
Hunter: put a billion freezing traps and wandering monsters into play
Mage: don't play cards until you draw pyroblast or fireball
Paladin: If your opponent doesn't have the word text "destroy", they concede
Priest: Dang, that's a lot of spawn of N'zAHHHHHHHH 7 5/5's
Rogue: steal stuff and try to get good stuff to use, otherwise have a 0/2 with taunt
Shaman: My Jaw's that Bite! My claws attack! My battlecry lasts, the entire match!
Warlock: deal 20 damage to the enemy hero
Warrior: WHAT, THE SHRINE CAN ATTACK ALREADY?!?!
Hunter for the win.
I'm really going to miss these brawls when they're gone. They've been a ton of fun for me.
Finally the last week with these awful brawls
The free pack I got got me both Zentimo and Hir'eek, the Bat
Not bad concidering the reward from this is a Classic pack.
Special Quest pack is from the latest expansion.
