Returns & Exchanges Is This Week's Brawl! Get a Sweet Card Back, Find Bad Decks!

The only thing better than receiving a gift, is returning it! Build a deck of 20 minions, we'll give you 10 random spells, and then gift it to your opponent. Let's see who wants to swap back?

Trivia

This is a brand new brawl.
This brawl is a part of the Winter Veil 2018 Hearthstone event.
A rare brawl where you get to create a deck for your opponent - make it especially bad.
A card back is rewarded this time around instead of the usual pack. It's so far unique to this year's Winter Veil.

How it Works

Build a 20 card deck of minions.
10 random spells are added to the deck at the start of the game.
Mulligan from your deck.
Swap decks with your opponent. You receive a Gift Receipt (5 mana) which allows you to switch decks back.
Gift Receipt when played will also destroy your opponent's Gift Receipt.

I just don't get how this works? I'm 0:7, my opponents always have some crazy good decks and they swap immediately. I've tried all the recommended decks, swapped at the first chance I got and got destroyed...?

Like many other brawls, played warrior because I had a quest and let the game auto-complete the deck. Still won 5 games in a row.

There's really no trick to this brawl. Build any sort of deck, try to get a good starting hand and trade back ASAP.

I guess it's a good thing the only prize this time was a card back.

Made a shitty deck with 0 attack minions. Had no idea there was a swap spell.

Got Bloodbloom in to Call of the Wild on turn 5, ez gaem.

Didn't even play the swap spell, ha, fuck you blizz for trying to troll me.

Step one: play a super bad priest deck. Put Chameleos in it.

Step 2: mulligan for Chameleos. If you have it, it can change to opponents swap spell.

Step 3: When Chaemelos turns into their swap spell, you can play two swap spells. The first one destroys their spell. You have now forced them to play your super bad deck and they cant do anything about it.

Pretty sweet!
