Rastakhan's Rumble Launches Today! Hearthstone Expansion Survival Guide

Hearthstone's newest expansion launches today, December 4. Everything you need to know to get through today can be found below.

EXPANSION IS LIVE
Good luck with your card packs!

• New PVE Content, Rumble Run, launches December 13.
• Like most expansions, another 135 cards have been added to the game.
• You can view all the new cards in our dedicated visual guide to Rastakhan's Rumble.
• You can come kill time with me and some HearthPwners on Discord.

Freebies

Lots of free stuff upon logging in! In total, 33 cards will be added to your collection. Good luck!

• One Legendary Loa.
• Two Spirits. These will be of the same class of your Loa.
• Six Rastakhan's Rumble card packs.

Launch Day Goals

• Login to get your free stuff outlined above.
• Craft any golden Legendaries you really want. This is important due to the no duplicate legendaries rule.
• Open up your packs! You get a guaranteed Legendary within your first 10 packs.
• Share your awesome decks with everyone on HearthPwn via or Deckbuilder. Don't forget to write a guide!

Wild Set Rotations

There are no set rotations happening with the release of this expansion. They only happen at the start of a new year.

New Keyword: Overkill

Cards with Overkill trigger additional effects when they kill a minion by doing damage that exceeds the minion’s health.

There are currently 14 Overkill cards in the game. You can see Overkill cards in our database or see a sampling down below.

The Loa

Among the countless brawlers who are competing in Rastakhan’s Rumble, a handful of legendary loa are ready to shake the competition to its core.

The Spirits

Spirits are special minions with abilities that can turn the tide of battle. Elusive creatures, spirits enjoy stealth the first turn they’re in play.

New Playable Hero - Zul'jin

Hunters are the lucky ones this time around.
