DIe insect is back into standard. making Odd Mage viable as well, its a two for one, its a twofer
Oondasta and Jan'alai seem borderline broken. Hopefully it won't take them two months to nerf these.
Discard Lock is back! Rank 20, here I go!
I hope rest of remaining unrelevaled mage card contains some casino cards.
Oh please no...
I like these cards except druid 777 that one is another winmore shit for arena. How dumb are they to print such commons it's almost impossible to play against this card from behind.
Hm
Tbh, I am not really excited with this Mage Hero Power package, but i could see it fitting a Midrange Mage in the meta.
Regis was maybe a bit bland, but honestly he hasn't been given screen-breaking stuff to show, yet he was truly enjoying it and he transmitted it, and that's enough for a fine stream.
im so ready for some ,,flufy" name's
I still remember how Brrrloc was re-named flufy murloc
Well, there was a reason they put him in Hall of Fame.
He was a decent Finisher (or big threat) for every midrange/aggro deck. So it was hard to create more powerful 8 mana cards. To bring him back in a heropower-centric Mage deck is a nice welcome, and kind of a mini quest. Thats ok in my Book.
Also "every expansion " seems a bit exaggerated.
he's just such an iconic character with one of the most iconic cards in hearthstone history. it's what he deserves.
The mage legendary is good in a dedicated deck, but control mage has a better option in Dragoncaller Alanna for the late game. Will be stronger after rotation.
I don't think the "hero power" archetype will be good enough this expansion. Also, the spirit is not that good: if you go all in with the hero powers it is just too slow and your board presence is terrible (and you HAVE to draw the legendary as soon as possible), and basically a 4 mana deal 1 damage to three adjacent minions on turn 4 is mostly garbage. We'll see
Really, you don't? This way he can only be played in a very specific circumstance and not in every deck on turn 8.
Waterboy will be pretty good with DK Anduin. It can set up some pretty serious burst as you don't have to limit your deck with singleltons to get the free hero power.nm I read the card wrong
Peter could easily be a Hearthstone card. The man is a real-life goblin.
Star Aligner approves
Odd Mage welcome ;)
Okay, so basically
I'm Pingping
Atlast a mage archetype that may clear a board and play some stuff in the same turn.
Kinda obvious, they even mentioned it in the podcast.
