I hope they make a legendary entrance sound to match the legendary name of this legendary :)
Astral tiger and Hadranox, Infinity Taunt Druid, infinity Value, this card need a nerf Now
I truely do hope the entrance sound has the sound of a giant troll gong being slammed.
oooh, he must be from Massachusetts like me. Undatakah... go pahhhk ya caaaah
I love this card. I want to try this out in Astral Tiger druid. It's been a favorite deck of mine since its release.
Wonder if this will work in Jade rogue... Aya Blackpaw and 2 Jade Swarmer. Use with a shadowstepped Brann Bronzebeard, trigger it with Necrium Blade, instantly summon 5 Jades with an extra jade increase that didnt fit on the board. If they dont have Vanish or Psychic Scream, that's nearly an impossible board to deal with. Brawl or twisting nether will just summon 6 more jades
That seems like a pretty good combo, might test it out... Why not add Anub'arak in to have access to a permanent Jade Idol spawner tho?
Anub'arak is pretty slow to play, especially in wild which has really fast aggro decks, and the fact he has to die before Undatakah can copy the deathrattle effect is even slower. Sure you can get a ton of value that way, but i think you are better off playing gang up on Undatkah than trying to get it back in your hand. This is more of a "finisher" card. If playing it once doesn't win you the game, you probably won't win anyway.
If that was the case, then wouldn't the whole combo itself, as well as the deck using it, be already too slow by itself? I mean, from what I remember, when I tried to play Jade Rogue, I'd always run into a "speed problem" regarding my deck. By the time I had all cards I needed for my combo to be successful, I had already either died or was really close to.
I think the problem with Jade rogue in the past is that it focuses most of the game on ramping jades by including a bunch of bouncers and copiers and stuff that is bad against aggro. What this provides is a way to ramp jades super fast all in one turn, so you can drop a lot of the other cards and play more of a control rogue, with vanish, doomsayers, removals, and swing cards. You would use this card as a way to basically have an unremovable board of mid-sized jades, then you could shuffle undertakah and just have an unending onslaught of board presence as your finisher. It would be more similar to the playstyle of Jade druid who just ends the game with endless Jade idols and the main goal beyond that is control.
For example, you don't need Jade shuriken, Jade spirit, raptor, shadowcaster, sonya, or any stuff like that to copy your deathrattles. if you are worried about devolve or polymorph, then you can just kill your own minion when you put it in play. You will have pretty slow jades at first, but you can have a lot better cards. so 2 swarmers and aya will get you to 4/4 jade. thats pretty small, but this card will get you a board of brann + undatkah + 5/5 +6/6 +7/7 + 8/8 + 9/9.. That is already a massive board, and if they kill undahtakah, you will just summon a 11/11, 12/12, 13/13, 14/14, 15/15, 16/16. That's PLENTY big enough lol. So just run stuff like healbots, taunts, removals, vilespines, vanish doomsayer, minstrels, stuff like that which will just keep you alive to get to Da Undatakah
Can't wait to try out an Even Paladin list with this and Immortal Prelate <3
i wonder how it will work if it gets both Immortal Prelate and Primalfin Champion
would the buffs always return to you after it dies ? for never ending spells ?
I think Immortal Prelate has 2 different effects. Deathrattle returns to deck but the keeping enchantments is not linked to its deathrattle. The text doesn't explain that, but I supose is how its mechanics works
Maybe there will be some combo wtih: [card]Reckless Expirmenter[/card]
Insane! Won't be surprised if this sees play in EVERY deck.
Perhaps a super crazy CTHUN combo card?
bruh?
