Warrior has had a rough time since Pirate warrior, and that wasn't a t1 control deck.We really need that now.
Warrior will lose reckless furry next rotation which is currently one of the only 2 aoe he has (in Odd)
All posibilities aside it can lead for some fun situacions with witchs cauldron.
This is SO good with the new Shaman legendary! Fuck yeah!
Wow i just noticed the synergy with it.God i miss evolve shaman.Hope i can create a fun deck with it.
Good pseudo-evolve solution after rotation with a few applications. If you have to trade a minion with 1-2 health left this allows you to not lose tempo. Even if you get a smaller body after evolving it's still better than a complete tempo loss. Another good application of this would be on a Volcano turn or any other symmetric board clear shaman might get during the next cycle. While Ancestral healing would be arguably more consistent in some cases you can play this on a totem and pretty much guarantee a better result. Not saying it's great but it's a bit more versatile.
Well, overload elemental Shaman got a buff. You no longer need to wait for just ancestral spirit.
If it change from "minion" to "minions" , Then it's kinda good.
That’s like saying Soul of the Forest would be “kinda good” at 2 mana.
But that would be crazy good for just 2 mana
That's what Zentimo is for.
Only thing I don't like about this card or Evolve in general is that a lot of minions have great effects, but smaller bodies for their cost making Evolve worse than ever before. Just look at the majority of Loa's. Most of them are low impact bodies, but crazy effects and there are just tons of cards like that.. But past 10mana evolve has been made slightly better...
I kinda agree, but the high roll aspect of it also allows the evolve thing to be kinda cheap. If it were too reliable, Evolve could never have costed 1 mana.
Has it's pro's and con's though ofcourse :)
For a minion on the board, you’ve already gotten its great effefct when played, or else you cheated it out for cheap somehow and missing the battlecry doesn't matter. Transforming one battlecry minion on the board into another on the board is better than a wash because the former has a swing and the new one can have Charge or a useful aura/end of turn effect. “Costs one more” is an upgrade.
Quasi-evolve shaman in standard. Spirit of the frog can draw you both copies off an unstable evolution cast twice.
Voodoo is for Jaku. Enough said

You wouldn't.... but then again Unstable Evolution rotates out early next year so they trying to give some evolve mechanics before it rotates out of standard.
I personally don't like the evolve mechanic partially because it doesn't make much sense with the Shaman class and I think the mechanic outlived its time.
Ancestral Spirit on average would be the better option because it is consistent. Moreover Unstable Evolution is better cheaper option for evolving stuff. The benefit of this card is you can high roll sometimes and you can take measures against AoE.
I'm glad this is epic, means I don't need even more dust for shaman. Its decent off of Hagatha, but too weak to put in a deck.
