Use a Prep on Myra's Element and a double whatchamacallit 4 mana reduce a random weapon in hands cost by 2. 10 mana now.
EDIT: I do not actually risk burning Corrupted Blood as long as my deck isn't filled with enough "actual cards" (meaning cards that are not Corrupted Blood) to fill my hand.
...
A little confusing, I know. But it should work. And 6 coins arent needed - Preparation wins out any day.
I guess I should've specified the deck I'd run it in… Dane's Shudderwock in Wild with N'Zoth and Plated Beatle for infinite armor.

I think like Bwonsamdi, he is not a beast. More for balance than anything I would guess
They said all Loas are beasts, except for Bwonsamdi.
Miss the beast tag...
I see a lot of confused comments about how this work with fatigue... and actually someone who got it right was getting downvoted.
I know "cast when drawn" includes draw a card after the spell resolves.... HOWEVER! this card says: "AFTER YOU DRAW, shuffle two copies...".
So if you have no cards left in your deck but this, it won't be an instant win. You would take 3 damage because of the spell, then 1 for fatigue, then you shuffle two copies, and the chain ends, you continue your turn as normal.
Best regards.
EDIT: In the article that Hakkar was revealed in, this dude named Kosak (Hearthstone Designer, legit) was interviewed and he said:
"Am I going to play a rogue and destroy my own deck so I get rid of it? Am I going to destroy my opponent's deck and then shuffle in the Corrupted Blood so they're dead instantly? You begin immediately mapping out degenerate ways you can take advantage of this mechanic, which we think is really fun."
This... might be proof that something you said is wrong. But maybe they last minute changed the card idea - I dunno. Just putting this up for people to know.
Legend_wannabe already posted this before - just making connections between posts.
This card reminds me of Rin, the First Disciple because it's also a legendary deathrattle minion good for long, slow games. The upside of Hakkar, the Soulflayer is that he's neutral, and once his deathrattle goes off, you don't have to expend any more mana for his effect to kill your opponent. The downside though is that he costs 4 more mana than Rin, and doesn't have taunt, and his effect can be stopped by Skulking Geist, AND he can just kill you first if you happen to draw the Corrupted Bloods first and don't have enough healing.
Since it's neutral, though, maybe you could pull it off with something like Seeping Oozeling or other deathrattle synergies?
Also, are the Corrupted Blood cards affected by spell damage minions either player has on board?
That's just going to kill you faster. Because after the initial deathrattle it's just going to impact the Corrupted Bloods you're shuffling into your deck.
Tamika not true, it impacts both decks. Read the card text first - plz and thank you
um before you sling insults maybe you should read the card text augmented elekk wont shuffle more after the first time when hakka dies every turn after that it will only affect you not your opponant
I... have? Augmented Elekk's text says that it shuffles extra copies into a deck when *you* shuffle a card into the deck. So yes, it impacts both decks, but only when you are doing the shuffling. Once corrupted blood starts duping, they will be the one shuffling it into their deck. Not you. Maybe you should read the card text, please and thank you?
Ladies and Gentlemen, we got him
Unless Rumble or future expansions have a reprint of this card, standard might see a few more people playing Hakkar once last years expacs rotate.
I really like this card.
Playing as Druid on a wild format
theory combo with 10 Mana crystals turn 1 play hakkar ,turn 2 play Naturalize at hakkar then play Hemet, Jungle Hunter
and lastly play Jade Idol
Jade Idol would get destroyed by Hemet.
Hemet doesn't target cards in your hand. Only deck.
It's a shame this thing costs 10 mana and does nothing the turn it's played. The design is super cool but it'll take meme-acle to get any real play.
