Imagine if this was a druid card.. oh boy. This card right now in paladin would be quite useless but maybe with other releases if control paladin comes back to life? It seems either oppressive or completely useless.
I've got a question regarding the "Immune" keyword: does this protect against insta-kill effects? (like Mecha'thun or the four horseman from DK paladin)
no, i dont think it does, immune can negate any damage, mechathun dont deal damage he destroys.

I’ll leave the card discussion for the actual forum thread...
i just love that Wronchi is now making official promo videos for Blizz. I’m super happy for the dude, he’s been making fun videos for years and starting with Boomsday has actually been officially making the videos for the promotion.
Good going dude! Always entertaining and I love the use of the sound bites.
I can't believe this is common...how is this common? I'm not complaining, but how is this ability worth a common? I thought I understood the process of deciding rairites, but this is totally puzzling.
AND do not forget to print a shitty weak card to replace, Icicle. I really can not understand the hate for mages. Arent druids obviously the strongest ones? Why nerf mage to pits of the tier list?
This is far worse than ice block. For this to be useful as an ice block, you have to predict when lethal is coming and burn three mana the turn before that. Ice block can be played whenever you want and it sticks around until needed. In a lot of ways it is more comparable to the Secret that makes you immune after your hero is attacked as to prevent a lethal you need to predict when it will be needed and play it then.
This does have a benefit of allowing you to smack minions with impunity which is nice, but I can’t see anyone running it for that, plenty of heal cards would be outright better in the vast majority of situations.
Ice block is worse than this though. You just play it whenever you have spare mana and wait. At least with this new card you have to wait the exact moment to play it, taking into consideration the opponent might play a leeroy+other burst. Which means you might play it too early when your opponent does not actually have lethal.. Sure, you can play it like a frost nova to save some damage, but it is exactly that, a frost nova!
Definitely not as toxic as ice block imho.

I don't like this. Probably some bullshit OTK cards incoming...
Uther says, "talk to the hand."

No, it doesn't.
Also it is a 3-mana do nothing for decks using tempo as a win condition.
I can see control paladin shine in the stars

an improved version of Candleshot with one durability.UPDATE: misread the immunity for next turn. I take my words back
that may be the worst evaluation of the card ever ... you do realise that the main part is the immunity for your OPPONENT'S turn, right?
Ice Block died for this Lmao...
Try again.

well ... Boogeymonster was legendary ... so anything is possible and they are probably just using a random number generator for card rarity
they also need to keep arena in mind
which is exactly where a card like this would dud - should be an epic as its a niche effect with powerful possibilities.
yeah, but it's not the same at all... you can't play this turn 3 and then have it save your life turn 13 ...
