Humm, I don't believe this to be as busted as most people think. I doubt this card will be good enough to make an exodia paladin work, as your opponent has the ability to clear your board even if they can't go face. As for control, perhaps but it's far to early to tell.
As Exodia you don’t need board imo, usually you bounce your horsemen back to your hand to play them in one turn. Of course it’s nice if you have some on board, but it’s not necessary.
This card gives you an additional turn to collect your 3rd horseman so the next turn you can play all 3 from hand and then hero power.
You do not need to play this to prevent fatal damage. Play this on turn four through six just to prevent getting hit by your opponent. Way over powered.
Hmm... it is better as the rogue secret and on pair with ice block, will see play in Exodia Paladin in Wild for sure and if there is a control Paladin there maybe too. Not sure in standart...
Powerful card that will allow Paladins to make use of all the value cards they got like Kangor's Endless Army. Or they could do a simple combo with Dinosize and any stealthed minion
By not playing it on the same turn but instead playing any stealth minion that cost 7 or less with Time Out! then playing Dinosize on said stealth minion the next turn??? I am glad they didn't include this very hard puzzle with Boomsday else nobody would have solved it.
Paladin have a lot of value cards but they just died to combo or aggro before they had a chance to capitalize on the value they get. Having Time Out! giving an extra turn for the Paladin to heal back up or set up for value is what this card does.

This can be played with Temporus on Turn 10 =0
Almost, it has just one small problem, Temporus is a priest card and Time out! is a paladin card.
