Golden Classic Pack Now Unlocked As Global Games Community Reward
Time is running out to spend bits on Twitch towards a unique card back and a load of cheap card packs. Global Games concludes at BlizzCon this weekend!
Since our last post a week ago talking about the Global Games Cheering on Twitch, we've hit the 28 million bits milestone - the Golden Card Pack has unlocked! This post not only serves as a reminder to go redeem your card pack so you can open it in-game but also to let anyone know that hasn't yet taken part in the promotion that the time to do so is now!

The last possible day to cheer to get rewards is on the last day of BlizzCon - November 3rd.

Posted Nov 5, 2018 (Boomsday)I am also wondering... I cheered the required amount plenty early, but now when I go back to claim the loot, I do not see any place to claim it/redeem it anymore. Is it too late to claim or not? If too late, wow, really? Just a 4 day window to claim what I paid for?

Posted Oct 30, 2018 (Boomsday)I made this error as I was completing my free arena tickets on other servers. I emailed customer support at Blizzard and they made the fix for me. Couldn't believe it actually. Good guys are working on the Blizzard support team!

Go to the section under the page where you see your progress etc.
Click on LOOT tab and then there is a REDEEM ALL button.

Posted Oct 29, 2018 (Boomsday)On the PlayHearthstone channel, scroll down a little and hit the "Loot" Tab that shows your progress in this event. At the top right of the Loot Tab, you should see a "Redeem All" button.

Posted Oct 29, 2018 (Boomsday)The personal rewards get added automatically, but for the community rewards (including the golden pack) you have to click the "Redeem all" button in the page (it is not very obvious, small button above the community rewards). Once everything is redeemed they will show up the next time you log in to Hearthstone.
