Discuss This Week's Brawl
Head on over to our Brawl Forum to discuss this week's brawl.
Another week and another terrible brawl.
Another one of Blizzard's clown RNG brawls, where the game predetermines how bad your hand will be from the start. Opponent is getting all low cost, high damage and hp minions, while you're stuck with high cost low damage and low hp minions, one after another.
I get that they've hit the wall when it comes to creating fun brawls, but at least implement an actual RNG system where events are random, instead of a one-sided mess.
This brawl is scary and not in a good way. On my 5th attempt I finally (and mercifully) got a win. Rng is not nor has it been nor will it ever be my friend.
I'm kind of sad they don't bring some of the more interesting no deck brawl more often - I really liked the one where you created your deck as you went along - The one with chickens, coins and spare parts.
For all of those among you that wonder if there are any persons that like this brawl (or other similar brawls, like encounter at the crossroads, etc.): I do. I love them. I play them multiple times (I already played this spider brawl at least more than 20 times).
I love the general concept of brawls, of just having something new and interesting each week.
And I love the brawls where you don't have to create a deck but just get a pre-made one and have a lot of random effects. They are fantastic in my opinion. Turn on the app, start a quick brawl: 10 - 15 minutes mindless fun. No worries about deck composition, synergies, broken cards, etc.. It's all random and of course you will often lose due to strange RNG and you will sometimes win due to strange RNG, but in the end I at least enjoy the games, the RNG, the funny and uncommon combinations tremendously.
Edit: Yes, I registered on this site just to create this comment.
Played Glimmerroot against a Warlock in this brawl. It showed me two hunter cards plus a webspinner...
I just got the most insane comeback with Deck of Wonders. I made a comeback from 2 HP by clearing a board of 6/6s and summoning 4 7/7s!
The things we do for an extra card pack...
My first time playing this! And considering all the comments, it seems it's going to be awful... Yay, can't wait...
Edit: One run, one win. RNG blessed me this time with a King Krush. And i got my second copy of Avenging Wrath out of the pack, so that went better than expected.

This brawl is AMAZING! So much better than Meeting at crossroads! LUL
I also got them, but I didn't leave the fridge on
This was the brawl that push me over the edge and quit hearthstone. Happy to see it back again.
Knowing this mode will never be in MTG arena or Artifact just makes it soooooo much easier.
Scavenging Hyena approves....
I like this brawl.
Negative -3 vote for saying that I like the brawl. What a cynical crowd. And I even mean it as I write it. Guess I should start upvoting all the impolite stuff then.
Seriously people. Start being human again.
I work IT, spending most of this week updating/imaging PC's for deployment, giving me a ton of downtime...of which I spent almost the entirety of it running HS in the background, tossing "Blessings to you" from Tyrande and then conceding (healing face w/coin when applicable) to help power anyone else through this nonsense, because nobody deserves to have to grind this RNG fiesta for a pack.
It's the worst, and it's something I can do to help. :D
"This is the 5th time we've seen this brawl!"
More like the 23rd time we've seen this god awful brawl. Fuck me, I hate this brawl.
The RNG, short for Random Number Goddess, is the supreme being who reigns over all moments of chance in Hearthtone. She determines all cards .....
