Blizzard's Off-Meta Deck Spotlight - August 2018 [Priest, Paladin, Warrior]
Once again, Blizzard has posted three Legend decks with above average win rates that you should give a go!
Big Warrior
64.9% win rate/57 games
“Big Warrior” is everything the name would lead you to believe. This deck looks to outlast your opponent until your big guns can make their grand entrance. Whether you call them out with Gather Your Party, or have them arrive in style with The Boomship, this Warrior list has all it needs to go the distance and bash your opponents!

Egg Paladin
66.1% win rate/56 games
This mid-range Paladin deck is egg-cellent at keeping a board presence, so you always have minions to buff. Crack open your eggs and overwhelm your opponent with your ever-growing army. Then look to finish off your opponent by summoning your fallen Mechs with Kangor’s Endless Army.

Damaged Stegotron. I also use a second copy of Stegotron instead of Bulldozer.
Deathwing is usually going to be just a big lump of stats so any other minion with big stats should do. Alternatively the second Blood Razor or the second Brawl are decent options depending on what decks you are getting matched up against. Remember to avoid putting tech minions like Spellbreaker or MCT because they screw with the recruit gimmick
Big Warrior is being played by nine out of ten people... who can afford the deck <_<
You mean by half a person out of ten people..Warrior is really an expensive class :(
56, 57, 70 game sample sizes. Not exactly a large data pool. Stats don't start to get reliable until at least 1000 games across different players.
70 games is a reasonable sample for 1 player. it's about ~8 games against each class (if that ever happens XD)
I'm just missing DeathWing on the Big Warrior, an idea of replacement ?
Cheersss
Big Warrior? More like Big Bank Account Warrior amrite
You're going to freak out when I tell you about Spell Hunter
testing
Big Warrior is off meta..? I guess it's less meta, I'm not sure about off though.
And yet,here you are.
Is Egg Paladin really off-meta? The decklist might be a bit unique, but I've been playing around versions with and without Meat Wagon, or with or without Uther, since the expansion released. I got crushed by one just yesterday.
well just because people play it does not mean it is not off meta, it a deck that can be played in the meta, but is not a big part of the meta.
at least i think that is what they mean by off meta.
Hmm... maybe I can dust half of my collection and give that Warrior deck a try!
you would have to dust more than that for sure, cards dont dust for a lot.
Thats the reason I dusted my Boomship :/
The Control Priest deck is not off meta. That is most certainly ON meta
Blizzard promoting a deck with only 8 minions. Fucking lmao. I still remember when Blizzard refused to give rogue new spells in adventures because they ran too many spells and too few minions. Funny how things change.
Why theses kids downvote theses comments.. I dont get it.. Biohazard is right, blizzard fucked up and today the game is a joke, the funny is theres no other game that can beat blizzard spot on card game because they are sheet as Hearthstone.
