True, even from a viable standpoint reducing Malygos cost by that much can open a lot of possibilities, and in the meme side, Mecha'thun? lol
caverns below worst quest Kappa
I’m really looking forward to bomb hunter. Glad priest didn’t get much, they don’t deserve to be that viable for an expansion or two. Warrior will helpfully shine this time around. Malygos Shaman seems more fun than malygos druid imho, but both will be fun.
All this and yet no card reveal for Hearthpwn. Good thing ValueTown got one. The amount of work put into that is truly about 2 to 3 hours a week.
If anything Harbinger Celestia can delay your opponent a turn as they have to wait for the stealth to drop, or play off their plan to deal with it. It will never see competitive play, but if I pull her, I’ll at least run it for a bit to see how it works.
Mark my words, Zilliax is better than you think. Lifelink is a very good ability in mtg and the ability to heal immediately for 5+ and threaten to heal for more + have a taunt body can devastate an aggro deck.
So long as you are using it more like that 9 mana lifesteal and taunt card priest had (forgot the name), it can be good. The main issue is that he will only heal for 3, unless you put him on another mech. Because he needs that help from another card and is a legendary to boot, he should be sitting around the 70 range, maybe bumped into the 80s if mech decks dominate like they did in GvG.
Also, lifesteal in Hearthstone is much worse than in MTG because Hearthstone has a cap on how much life you can have whereas MTG doesn't. If this were not the case, Zillax would be one of the meta breaking cards and probably wouldn't have been printed in the first place.
No shit, even Blizzard included it in many deck recipes that don't even include other mechs... I haven't heard anyone say Zilliax was underrated
I wish everyone least of all not get "magma rager rewards"
Really surrprised to see Pocket Galaxy so high on Spark Drill so low. Pocket Galaxy could be good off of a Glyph discover, but feels like it'll be a dead(ish) card by the time you draw and play it. Hopefully I'm wrong, I think it's a neat card!
Seriously, props to the guy designing hearthpwn - you're a goddamn genius. The layout and presentation of cards is superbly executed. Awesome to look at.
I feel like Luna's Pocket Galaxy fans are going to be severely disappointed.
Funny how the actual Steel Rager card didn't get the Rager award.
Maybe because it's useful? a 4 mana, 5 attack minion that basically nope's a big threat?
/r woosh
I truly love this kind of posts. The layout work here is top notch!
I have a feeling Spark Drill isn’t as bad/unusable as the consensus indicates. It has more synergies than people might realize. Toxmonger, The Marsh Queen, Reckless Experimenter, Elemental decks, and even token decks in general.
Mountain Giant. Astromancer. The druid draw/armor card. I fully agree with you.
only 16th? expected him to be banned cause of the troll voting :D
If the meta turns aggro heavy, the sleeper MVP will be Giggling Inventor, which could be the most annoyingly oppressive anti-aggro card ever.
