I feel the best use for this card is not in an otk deck as everyone seems to think, but in a control deck as a last resort, e.g. this is a counter to mill decks in wild, and a hard counter to jade druids.
This is a very interesting card that I hope I don't get in my free legendaries.
I think you can only get class legends as your freebie, so that's a positive at least.
most of class legendaries are very bad tho, so i am not expecting much
How dare you dude, you have to have your true god in all posible ways, even... If its not so usefull... XD
Let's face it, someone's going to come up with some fancy OTK with this card.
In all honesty, I expected better art though.
Same, i got so disapointed with the art work, its like if c'thun got fat on all this months xD
Bam , silence.
Bam, your opponent probably wouldn't be holding a silence for that long.
It's obviously fit into a Druid deck :D Juicy Psychmelon finally has a 10 mana target.
As i saw that draw a 10 drop i confirmed that the mech'thun was real
Question: how cataclysm work with deathwing dragonlord? Does it summon dragons and then discard your hand or not..because if yes then this combo wont work..
cataclysm will discard your hand and destroy all minions first
Thank you very much sir!!
"Ha HA! I just played my Azari, the Devourer and wiped out this Priest's deck. And now he's playing Reckless Experimenter for some reason."
Doesn't work - if I understand it correctly [deck]Mecha'thun[/deck] has to be the last and only minion to trigger. Also it would not be possible to play him due to 10-3=7 which makes 12 in total with experimenter ;)
So far the fastest way I can find to pull this trick is a turn 5 win on rogue.
Turn 2 Preparation into Myra's Unstable Element
Turn 3 Hallucination or Blink Fox getting Cataclysm.
Turn 5 Myra Rotspring gaining Mecha'thun's deathrattle, coin, Preparation and then Cataclysm.
inb4 you are matching up with Warlock. This is definitely some Trolden material.
If I understand properly Myra Rotspring will discover an Deathrattle effect and also its minion so you will have a card in your hand.
In addition to that, Cataclysm should first destroy Mecha'thun deathrattle effect first and then discard the hand so I think the deathrattle should not work.
I don't know if what I said it's correct. It's just how I interpret the order of events. I desire to watch how it works in a Trolden or Disguised Toast video :D
hmm... so we have so far:
First destroy opponent's weapon.
Second destroy opponent's deck.
Third destroy opponent using this card's mechanics.
so...
Fourth destroy opponent's hand?
Wow. Where is Mecha Yogg Saron? LUL
