But then all the overload synergy is gone.
Zap sinergy
This is the kind of card Bloodlust needs to get back in the meta.
Might get played in standard overload shaman, which, although not a competitive deck, has a really solid win condition against any slower deck that isn't priest. It gives the deck a midgame that synergises with overload without actually giving overload (not unlike Unbound Elemental. Now we just need an overload card that replaces Drakkari Defender, which is by far the worst overload card in the deck.
People say that it's bad because it won't see play because it's a midrange/control card and you can't clear overloaded mana crystals.
But you can in wild mode, which is a real mode. Not all cards that are good in wild have to be good in standard. That's a deck that could work in wild.
I reckon really powerful in wild but not really for standard
Neat concept but without a way to clear overloaded crystals overload shaman is kinda dead. This does have some cool turn 5 synergy with Voltaic Burst so it could be an interesting tech choice for other shaman decks
So if we look at this card this is a card for a tempo deck or a midrange. Blizzard can you tell me how we do a tempo deck without card to remove the overloads? So maybe new shaman cards will do something i don't know but for now this card is useless cause you don't want to overload yourself in mid or tempo decks but this card fit in mid or tempo deck cause you don't want this in Shudderwock and in Pair you don't have the important overload.
Oh and don't get it wrong this card is strong, i mean good stats and a good effect + it's an elemental but this won't see plays cause as i said it doesn't fit current deck and you can't do a tempo/midrange with overloads it's impossible
This can trigger multiple times.
This is definitely a good card, will it see play though ? Not sure because it doesn't fit in any current archetype.
I think it may enable a midrange/control overload shaman. Although aggro shaman and shudder shaman may be better, it's at least interesting to see what gets added and you never know what may end up working
It can definitely only be played in an overload deck, it wouldn't make sense to use that in a regular control shaman deck like Shudderwock, wouldn't be worth it at all.
Balanced Flamewaker.
I liked it.
what deck does this go in to ?
Elemental Snow Giant Overload Electra Shaman
We collectively need to stop trying to evaluate cards as they fit in existing decks guys. New things are new. Maybe there's a whole new archetype.
Rush shaman?
rank 25?
any
Its saying that when Thunderhead is on the board and you play a card with overload, it will summon two 1/1 Sparks with Rush.
"after you play"
