Three New Cards - Supercollider, Flobbidinous Floop, Whizbang
Blizzard has revealed three new cards in a video with Peter Whalen.
Whizbang works as follows.
- When you add Whizbang to your deck, it replaces your hero, your deck, and renames it to "Whizbang is Wonderful".
- Each game you play, one random currently available deck recipe is chosen as your deck. There are 18 choices, 2 for each class.

THE END IS COMING.
So the new legendary allows you to play Malygos on 9 without any thought. If Malygos does not get removed, you get the otk or even spell damage +10. If he get removed, you get his cheaper 3/4 version which also allows you to combo for lethal. In wild you can play Aviana then pass turn, next turn you have a discounted Aviana. The only thing may stop this are Snipe or Explosive Runes I guess.
Snipe and Explosive Runes are actually very effective for stopping any big Flobbidinous Floop Combos. If they drop Aviana or Malygos, you clear it with hard-removal and than drop one of those secrets. If they play their 4-mana copy, it dies, but if they play another minion Flobbidinous Floop transforms into it. They can't do anything to play around it because the only secret hate cards Druid has access to are Kezan Mystic, Eater of Secrets, and Chief Inspector, all minions. If Malygos Druid sees a rise in popularity, you will likely see a rise in Hunter and Mage as well to counter it.
Hey look, the chicken is back
WONDERFUL
Looking forward to whizbang tournaments
Whizbang the Wonderful reminds me of Ben Brode; I don't know why.
maybe a little last tribute to himself added in this expansion (the last one in which he worked if i'm not wrong)
If you complain about Whizbang, you don't understand what it is all about. It's a card designed for players that are starting to play Hearthstone (and also f2p players) who don't want to spend money or dust to try other cards/decks. It will allow those players to play with a sinergic deck, experiencing different mechanics and cards they don't have, possibly making them look forward to play more or spend money to get those cool cards. All they have to do is to spend 1600 dust and they can play several new decks.
It is not a competitive card. Even if you are a long-time player like me, you can enjoy it if you want to play something different everytime without the need to free a slot and build a deck.
That is 100% true, but it doesn't mean we can't be disappointed by the promise that it gives us when we first read it and imagine the possibilities only to be completely brought back into the ground once you understand how basic it is.
This card is 100% business decision. And it's saddening in some way. (Still good for all that you've said though.)
I love the card. I just hope they add it to the classic set. It wouldn't make sense to only be a F2P friendly card for 1 year and a half. It is the best card for F2P and beginner alike. Once it goes to wild though, beginners won't buy it, and F2P players won't care about it because the decks recipes are all standard (and shitty version of good deck at most... in wild none the less).
I'm neither a F2p player nor a beginner, but I just love the card. You never know where to spend your dust when you start, but this card can at least help you figure out what you like to play. That's why I think it should always be in standard.
I just hope Blizzard see it that way too.
Ya I hope they chunk it in the classic set. It will be trash in wild. Its Not competitive in standard, but u won't lose every game
that card is awesomely well designed, I appreciate it (and gonna have some fun in casual as well :) )
Behold a wizbang mark 7
Ben leaved and OTK backed
but i like it
Now I want Ben...
Anyone else is utterly disappointed with the lost potential of what Whizbang could have been?
Also, does that mean that from now on every single deck recipe will have Whizbang in it just for the sake of him existing? If not, will he remplace a random card in the deck when you play him? Because if that's how it'll work, what if the recipe you get for a game has him replace one of the most important cards of that deck?
This is seriously complete bullshit.
Bro watch the fucking vid that's not how the card works
yeah, the stats are there only in the case you discover it
You have no idea what you are talking about... do you?
