Dr. Boom designed many of the Mechs that can be found in The Boomsday Project with Magnetic capabilities! Mechs with the power of this new keyword can merge with other Mechs as you play them to tackle even the toughest of tasks!
Simply place your Magnetic Mech to the left of any Mech you’ve already got on the board and they’ll fuse ALL their stats and card text together into a bigger, more powerful minion! Need them to stay independent? No problem. Just place your Mech down to the right of an existing Mech (or next to any non-Mech minions), and they’ll stay un-plugged to handle smaller tasks (and avoid getting blown up by powerful single-target effects or removal).

Too slow against the aggro decks. You don't want to end up mulliganning into a 5 mana 4/2 against paladin or rogue when it could be something to keep you alive instead.

Priest is the master of Silence, I though you would be happy to see so many new targets.
Mechs in wild is gonna be soooo... WILD!... And crazy! And finally another "can't be targeted by spells or hero powers" card! I love those! More of them please! At least 1-2 more this expansion!
Magnetic seems pretty powerful. I mean they're still gonna need more mechs, but assume there are plenty to attach to then this is going to be a crazy mechanic.

Val'anyr + magnetic mechs looks insane!
Wargear buffed via Val'anyr is a +9/+7 buff for 5 mana + attaching Val'Anyrs deathrattle to a minion which can be traded off or killed via Pyro/Equality to swing with Val'Anyr the same turn.
Zilliax + Val'anyr is a +7/+4 Divine shield, taunt, lifesteal, rush buff.....
as a Val'aynr paladin player I feel like I am dreaming.... <3

I believe you will lose Val'anyr if you attach a Magnetic minion with Val's buff to another though. (it'll probably still have the stats though.)
Deathrattle can be transferred. Like the Spider Bomb of Hunter. Val'anyr will work just fine
And the best, part: Val'anyr costs 6 mana! The dumb odd paladins can't use it..
So, i hope we will see another deck on the meta :D

What transfers is the card text, not its buffs. As I mentionned though, the increased stats miiight transfer, but I really don't know.
Upgradable Framebot might actually make Cobalt Guardian Playable! Excited for Mech Paladin to rise from the ashes!
If we already have 7 minions on board, can we merge a magnetic minion with a mech on board or do we need an empty slot on the board to do it?
You can't as far as I know.
