Yet another 1st place for Hunterace. This guy is on fire lately.
Sweet ginger, the production value on Day 1 was the definition of scuffed.
The stream was a whole bunch of ad fest for Zotac. Audio was bad too.
E i mondiali XD?
If that's true, everyone will tech Nozdormu in his deck XD
Decklist anywhere?
All decklists are available on Battlefy. Just click a matchup and you'll see the decks from both players. We'll have the decks from top 16 here on Hearthpwn later on.
This event has had a lot more issues than tour stops usually do but if I understand correctly the production which does not come from Blizzard but from local organizers is doing an event of this proportion for the first time (at least Sottle's tweet seems to suggest that). And the popularity of this tour stop has been huge, usual tour stops with Swiss have around 200 players, this one has almost 400. Let's hope they're able to overcome the issues during the weekend.
Yeah i'm pretty sure we watch Twitch to watch actual content not commercials. turned it off after a shoprt watch because production was so bad and to much advertising.
bunnyhoppor might be the new Ropecoach
And yet Bunnyhoppor just won an event, and LIfecoach is one of the best control players in the history of the game. So while it may not make for the greatest viewing, it's pretty hard to argue the results of the methods.
I have nothing against some long turns in matches. I play with loads of control players that take their time, and I've learned to slow down and consider all my options. What I saw bunny do was not just consider his options in hard turns, but rope during turns that had very clear lines to follow, and often my control player friends noticed a number of those long turns ended up being misplays anyways. It's a strategy used by plenty of players in tourneys and on ladder: frustrate your opponent with the rope.
I'm not trying to take away from the skill bunny and life show when they play(ed). I mean, Bunnyhoppor is in HTC, not easy to do. What I am saying is he takes extremely long turns that often don't need to be long because there's the opportunity to fatigue your opponent mentally, which to me is a bit cheap.
Also, Maverick beat Bunnyhoppor today, so at this level if you're going to low-key grief your opponent, you should win to at least try to justify it.
To those about to fight... We salute you!
Cool!
Is there a vote going on?
My dust is on A83650
Figa finalmente qualcosa in Italia!
How about no :p
Justsaiyan is due for a first place finish. He always seems to play well.
cant wait to watch an Esports game where they rope every turn even tho most ppl can guess what they are about to play.
You think that is bad? Apparently a few players brought Even decks with odd costing cards! >.<
