The prejudice here, is that people who do not live in the required area are denied access Khadgar. Whether or not I am entitled to own a Khadgar is of no concern to the terminology. I do not claim to have a right to Khadgar; that is a fabrication of your own design.

While the word prejudice is these days mostly used as a negative term, it is actually any preconceived opinion, act or feeling, either favorable or unfavorable. 

So Blizzard decided beforehand that only Taiwanese people should have access to this promotion; the discrimination here is between Taiwanese and not-Taiwanese. Case closed, thanks for listening, have a nice day.

I have no idea what you're talking about or what your point is. If you're a fan of Hearthstone and you go into a shop and see a carton of sweet tea / green tea on a shelf with Hearthstone art on it that says "GET A CHANCE TO WIN 600 PACKS OR KHADGAR MAGE HERO!" would you not buy it? Do you not like sweet tea or what? I mean sure, maybe then you wouldn't but I can't think of anybody I know who straight up despises the taste of store bought tea.

My bet is that they are thinking as long as HS is doing good there is no need to give us useful idiots stuff. So they'll wait until they release a really objectively boring and shitty expac and then start the promotion to keep us playing. Asia is just too competitive in card games so they have to go the extra mile to stay afloat. Here in Europe or in the Americas, HS is easily the top card game.

I can't remember how, but I got both. There were guides how to get them. 

some time ago you could buy khadgar in a promotion for wwf, lasted about a week. And Tyrande was a twitch prime promotion, which i couldnt do because my bank card isnt suited for amazon. But even if it was i probably wouldnt make an account just for that.

imo, Tyrande promotion was "fair":
It required twitch prime amazon account, which is easy to create and use. Even if you can't there was a lot cheap codes on ebay.
Promo lasted more than a month, enough to acquire.

Khadgar promo was unfair:
It lasted only 10 days only for ios. I made a huge misplay by having a break during april 2016, silly me(
