Reminder - The "Get In Here" Bundle Leaves the Shop This Tuesday!
This is your last chance to get the "Get In Here" bundle as it is leaving the Hearthstone store on June 19th at 10 AM PDT (1PM EDT, 7 PM CEST).
- The bundle contains 10 card packs for 7.99 USD (9.49 CAD, 7.99 EUR).
- The discount for the packs comes to over 40% savings.
- You get 2 packs for each active set in the rotation - Classic, Un'Goro, Frozen Throne, Kobolds, Witchwood.
So if you're interested, hit up the Hearthstone shop either in-game or on the Battle.net store.
This bundle is separate from the Taverns of Time event that is currently taking place. The Taverns of Time runs through July 2 so make sure you're completing your daily quests to take advantage of all that sweet gold and dust.
Honestly, you'd have been better off just purchasing the 40 pack bundle in the store; at least you're guaranteed a legendary.
I ended up making out alright over 3 of these packs. Kingsbane, Lakkari Sacrifice, and some decent dust, though most the bare minimum of dust for most packs.
It was fun the first time, boredom’s the second and third times. Goodbye, bundle pack.
No thanks ! money in the bank look nicer for this
I'm glad that it is ends. I bought 2 bundle and I got 0 golden cards and 0 legend. In 20 packs I had only 7x epick... Ty Blizzard that 65% of packs was 4 commons and rare... Never more.
You're actually pretty lucky having 7 epics in 20 pack...
indeed, wtf 7 epic is much!
Never seemed that worth it considering you're spreading getting to any of your pity timers across all of the sets instead of capitalizing on a guaranteed pity timer.
Pity timers are individualized for each set. If anything this bundle allows you to progress several timers at once
I purchased 20 packs in total got no legendary but a few golden cards. Let's hope all my bad luck is gone with the get in here bundle.
Since I have almost all the playable cards, that's why I decided not to purchase any more and saved my amazon coins for the next expansion.
“Get Out of Here” Bundle
I wonder how many took advantage of the unlimited purchases. I went for one on a whim and received the bare minimum for 70% of the packs, and it kind of killed my enthusiasm.
This bundle is only good for 2 subset of players:
1. Players who just want dust. Its 10 packs of dust for 8 dollars, which is a lot of value. If you are already at the stage where packs = dust, then you probably are fine throwing money at the game and this is well worth it for that. (I'm one of those players... well not throwing, more like sprinkling?)
2. Newer players who are still missing majority of rares and commons, making it hard for them to even make budget decks. Most of my friends are in this camp and they can really use just cards. For example, my friends can't even make a budget tempo mage because they are missing a lot of rares for that deck, and they don't want to craft a bunch of rares for a non-optimal version of a deck. (I did gift one of those friends this gift as a small graduation gift)
People who have majority of the commons and rares and are lacking of epics and legendaries, this bundle does fairly little for. It doesn't play with your pity timers, so the 2 packs from each expansion isn't very good.
