Legend Malygos Druid - You Need to Play This Deck! Ft. Guide From StanCifka
StanCifka hit Legend this month purely through the use of Malygos Druid with a 75% win-rate. It isn't the easiest deck in the world to play, but oh boy is it fun!
Malygos Druid has always been one of those archetypes that players dreamed of making work extremely well and I'm personally glad we're finally at a moment where one of the most fun combo cards in the game is reliable! I know not everyone shares that sentiment though, so for those, I'm sorry! Let's take a look at the deck itself, some words from StanCifka, and a video showcasing gameplay of this deck.
Be sure to also check out the full guide.

The Deck
Hello Hearthpwn! There was a high demand for the deck guide of Malygos Druid that I achieved Legend Rank1 with immediately on the first date, so here it is! I had over 75 % win-rate in 41 games to get it (and immediately jumped from normal rank1 to that Legend rank1 because of high mmr created by this winrate), but deck is quite hard to pilot, so prepare to struggle just a bit with it before you master it and start crushing.
One of the players I would like to shout out is Fenomeno, one of the best players in the world that I am sure you all know. He is the guy from where I saw that they cut Oaken Summons and Ironwood Golem, which gives you 4 extra slots to work with and helps you quite a bit with combo.

"You need to play this deck!"
No.
whats the point of taldaram? just run second faceless, it not like you can do anything with 2 mana left.
Of course you can: Innervate allows you to use both Swipes alongside Taldaram, in case your opponent has lots of Armor.
but you gonna use like 90 % of the time innervate for early turns like innervate out UI or something else.. not very good to have both innervate for swipe left
Absolutely correct. But in the remaining 10%, Taldaram might win a game where Faceless would lose it,
I mean, what would be the benefit of second Faceless over Taldaram? It does the exact same thing for 2 more mana. Yeah, it makes a 4/12 instead of a 3/3, sure, but you're never gonna need those stats anyways, since you win on the very turn you summmon them.
If you already own two Facelesses and no Taldaram, feel free to swap, and the deck will work almost as fine. But if it's not about the dust, then there's really no reason not to use Taldaram.
yeah you rather one of this simple minded guys in this society, i get it. dont even know what is the difference between an anime and cartoon.
Yes, Stan even talks about it in the deck description ;-) But it does provide some nice value or possible outs in bad situations.
Is weapon removal prevalent enough to make the combo difficult to pull off? Also, the twig needs to be drawn sufficuently early, because having it come after your assemble the combo means waiting four turns before you can pull off the otk. Can people who have played this deck vouch for it? I only need Malygos which is a card I've been wanting to craft for a while anyway.
i have played it. it really sucks so much , if your twig is at he botton you most likely lose. either to fatigue or they just burn you out.
insta concede if they remove your twig unless you can bring them fast enough down to like 12 hp
take out taldaram and add 2nd faceless. taldaram doesnt event make sense in this , since you are left at the end with 2 mana where zero spell exists that do face dmg , except maybe lich king card..
Only for the price of 8K dust!
Here s why I ve started playing Exodia Mage again
Druid? No, thanks.
Alternate title: “you need to pray at the church of StanCifka or else you will spontaneously combust”
Tbqh, the actual combo in Wild is better.
It is a soft secondary win condition that becomes your primary win condition more times than you would expect :)
Ooze or Harrison gg
Taldaram is a nice add cos most ppl run weapon removal. Conserving the two innervates could be a problem considering ultimate OMEGALUL but its better than auto concede agains weap removal, right?
Put a random The Lich King in there because why not?
Facing aggro? Puff, lost already.
