well Im  a casual, but i do play spell hunter and tempo rogue or tess rogue, can be fun, but ladder around 15 is all about tempo face plays :/ not a single control matchup

I recently opened dragoncaller alanna and wanted to build up big spells mage, because i played it on the friends acc back some time ago and had fun with it, but i have only 4.8k dust, so no possibility cause missing like 5k to become good. I guess the warlock shut down a little bit, and the damn aggro mage feels annoying.

So i switched back to good ol' spell hunter and will try to reach rank 15 with being absolutely bad at the game :)

I started beating people up with Dinomancer Warlock just because I could. Why's it always gotta be about fast decks with no real cool combos? Try something new once in a while. I was excited when Even Shaman got popular cuz people finally made a fun deck viable and they made it better than I ever did.

 I play a tess rogue that works around the new weapon that has leech and increases duration with cards from other classes.

When it works, its a lot of fun and i like playing rng...my fav was renounce lock!

 No dude. You can not use the 5/5 ooze at all. Card draw is way too important compared to +1 hp of 5 mana ooze. It is almost Lich King vs Ironbark Protector level of difference.

ysera is still a card that most people dont expect to be played but can outright win you the game if they cant deal with it.

controlock is a nightmare with rin, but you can run spellbreaker or hope skull of manari pulls out the 10/10 so you can win the fatigue game.

i'm not saying warrior is favored in these matchups, but he does have enough anti-aggro tools that he can afford to play a little greedier. priest runs very little pressure and cant kill you outright with mindblasts, mage has issues with hand size due to running 8 aoes so they will have to waste cards somewhere. if u play around water elemental generation mage doesnt really have anything to beat you

I think Odd Rogue is the archetype, while Good precedes its rep.

Why is this article encouraging elemental mage, this archetype has haunted me, and beaten me since Koft with loooong control games that ended with her at 30 health and 5 water elementals, me at like 12 health running low on recources, and both of us like 2-5 cards into fatigue. After frost loch jaina comes out, she has already won, at least in most cases.

Coming from someone who plays archtype in wild I have to disagree that you automatically win as soon as you use Jaina. Smart control players will keep boards small and apply gradual pressure with a couple of big minions that force inefficient use of board clears from the mage.

Playing around water elemental generation is also another obvious strategy that can really help to reduce the chance of the mage winning. I have to set aside that minion that deals one damage to all enemy minions just to attempt to combat control players trying to prevent water eles. 

Also, never draw a ton because as you already know the games will go into fatigue if you're not playing aggro.

Hmmmmmm: I just opened a Malygos and I enjoy playing Quest Druid, but I always felt it had a weak win condition. Should I craft Ixlid and try it? Im missing Harrison and the second Faceless but they are replaceable and could brick. Ill sleep over it.

Crafting Ixlid opens the gate for variety of combos if you cant do it with maly, coz you will have situations when you wont be able to combo always with maly so its worth to crafting ixlid.That means free faceless manipulator use on other opponent minions example for getting faster the quest done.

They are not really replacable I think. Harrison is also important because it has 5 attack. Sad but true friend.

On the other hand, faceless and harrison always will always be relevant throughout hearthstone seasons so they are safe crafts even if mostly not core cards for many decks.

I dusted CtA when I realized Control Paladin is still a dream that probably may not come till December, if that. Should I dust Spiteful Summoner? I figure the ACTUAL NERF will come in the next expansion SHOULD Blizzard put in battlecry minions with poor stats at 8 and 10 mana.

Also, I saw variations of these decks before the nerf, so they're not exactly new. It's just the Hearthstone herd is giving up Spiteful and Even/Odd Paladin for the time being.
