The 2018 Hearthstone Championship Tour European Summer Playoffs Survival Guide
This weekend is home to the HCT EU Summer Playoffs 2018! The top four players from this event will be attending the Summer Championship near the end of June.

HCT Europe Summer Playoffs Schedule
The schedule for this weekend's event can be found below. If your timezone isn't listed, get out that calculator! The first day will be 6 rounds of Swiss with the final round of Swiss taking place on Day 2 before all Double Elimination bracket matches.

HCT Europe Summer Playoffs Format
- Best of Five Conquest.
- Each player bans one of the opponent's decks.
- Top 8 from Swiss move to the Double Elimination Stage.
- If a player loses 4 matches, they no longer receive games in the Swiss bracket and are eliminated from the event.
- Top 4 from Double Elim. go to the Summer Championships.

Posted May 6, 2018 (Witchwood)Europe is a super competitive region when it comes to HCT points and you always need a ridiculous amount of points to qualify compared to other regions. This time one needed 32p to qualify, Pavel got 23p. He's not the only big name that didn't make the cut either, for example Hoej (last year's Spring champion) was left out by one point.
