@laughterline How do you understand "60% of his minions" as "every minion hunter runs is a beast" ?...
Why do everybody thinks about new hunter cards only to be midrange cards ? Not a single card revealed so far for hunter is made for aggressive or midrange decks (except Wing Blast but this one needs card draw to compensate for the hand dumping), and KaC provided with other non aggressive cards. It is time to think of new archetypes of hunter.
What is even the point of hoping for Face or Midrange cards for hunter indefinitely ? Do you guys want to play the same deck over and over til the end of your hearthstone experience ? Cause Midrange hunter is the single deck in hearthstone that has always felt the same playing it or facing it, no matter the rotation and new cards added to its archetype. This is then the most boring deck in hearthstone for veteran players (its only real usefulness in the game is that it has always been one of the best decks in terms of dust cost to meta effectiveness, hence a relief for new and f2p players)
@LookingForOwls, what a glorious name for this comment !
I'm not saying you said every minion hunter runs is a beast, I'm saying why it's more situational than BoK.
I don't see how anything other than Midrange or Aggro could exist(and maybe Spell, but losing Barnes and Cat Trick is probably gonna be too much). Of course KnC surprised us with Spell Hunter so you never know, but I still can't imagine a Control Hunter or anything like that. But yeah, I definitely would be really glad if Hunter could somehow find a new archetype.
How about a side of card draw with that plate of beasts?
Wow, seems really strong.
HUNTER IS BACK BABYYYYYY
This will be fun to tack onto a Zombeast. Bloodworm + Nesting Roc +3/+3 ;)
Hunter is looking good so far.
you know what??? THIS CARD is the sole reason why there's SO MANY BEAST CARD in this set!!!
Hunter basically can STEAL every class BEAST card (copy to 3 of them!!) and buff them now!!
WOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWW
I am presuated
i would not count on "not smorc related" part. the best way to use this card is probably on a beast with charge. It's definitely still to slow for face or aggro, so midrange/hyrbid sounds reasonable.
I admit, I came a little.
Hm.. Arfus looks a little angry. And a Dire Frenzy'd Vicious Fledgling could be just plain annoying if that snowballs. Drop VF, make it stick, Frenzy it.. roll Windfury on the Adapt and that's just gonna get funny. Or degenerate.
And man, good ol' Stonetusk Boar just gets straight up sweet. 1 mana, 4/4 Charge? DONE!
Corridor creeper 2: coming back soon!!!!
Oh god... Corridor Creeper is coming back...
That Hunting Mastiff is starting to look very dire.
But will the echoed versions retain the +3/+3, based on how other buffs and mana discount are lost, I doubt the extra buff will stay for the copies. But it is good for being able to play more beasts.
Says on the card to shuffle 3 copies in with the +3/+3...
Wait, do you have any links that show when hand-buffs are lost? Not doubting I just want to see for myself :)
It's an amazing card, but I think card draw will hold this back just like Emeriss.
its pretty good with tracking though
