Nice Chameleos you got there...
Would be a shame if someone Dire Frenzy’d it...
Chameleos probably will transform itself into a card without any buff. Like all copy effects work.
It doesn't work as you might think. Chameleos transforms into the card. It is not longer Chameleos after you played it (except you play it the turn you draw it).
Cross fingers on Jeweled Macaw or Webspinner
Pull it onto the board with Dirty Rat. Oh wait..
You can be right. Lets wait for the release.
I wonder if this stacks. For example, let's say : you buff a 1/1 minion to 2/2 , then cast this on it. Will it be 4/4 or 5/5 ?
4/4 makes more sense, but 5/5 would be great.
That also begs the question: can it be cast twice on the same unit, and then will there be 3 x 4/4 and 3 x 7/7 ? or 6 x 4/4 ?
But at the same time it's Hearthstone, so we can't be sure about anything 'till release.
The insanity starts when you dire frenzy an already dire frenzied minion...
If you can somehow get this off on a King Krush or a Charged Devilsaur, You can OTK your opponent with Kathrena Winterwisp into 2x Play Dead.
You're not wrong, but that is very much a win-more strategy. That combo is already insane without needing to play this new card as well. The real issue is actually getting it off.
Looks like hunter will be back at the top of the tier list this expansion. As agro or midrange most likely, as always.
Giving a bonkers strong Zombeast +3/+3 and adding it to your deck sounds pretty silly.
You can use this on opponents minions to? there are alot of beasts this exp
Doesn't say "friendly beast" so yeah.
If you were about to Hunter's Mark an opponent's beast before killing it with an Unleashed 1/1 Charge and you had 4 mana to spare, you might consider decking three +3/+3 copies of it first. (Buff first, THEN set health to 1.)
Would be pretty sick to be drawing 3 mana 6/6 Vicious Fledglings.
