Hmm... literally every Hunter Secret is 2 mana though...
Paladins are 1 mana
Hunter and Rogue are 2 mana
Mage are 3 mana

Deathwing: Destroyer of Worlds

Countering a mechanism that doesnt seem to be any strong so far... #BlizzardThings
Hmm... I smell a rat :P
Shades of the Boomtown Rats...
This card is really really bad. Calling it now. A lot of decks just never will play 3 cards a turn. Most tempo decks aim to play 1-2 cards to stay on curve. Control decks very rarely would play 3 cards in a turn and if they do it’s late enough in the game that they won’t be too bothered by a 6/6 popping up.
And it’s so easy to play around. DUST IT!
so if i card+coin+card i can concede? thats nice!
das why u gotta play around turn 2 secret dude
its not simple, like other ppl said. if you play second then you behind and the coin mechanic created to keep up with the opponent. this stupid card prevents that.
dude, it's exactly that simple
Guess what happens when you see hunter cast a secret in this expansion? You know it might be rat trap, so don't play 3 cards in one turn. Easy! It is that simple, it is that easy.
Guess what happens if hunter plays a secret that you don't activate? They played a 2 mana to do nothing card and they get behind.
lastly, you can just use coin to cast a big card a turn early (2 cards) instead of playing 3 cards in one turn, like a dumbass. Nobody says you have to do some 3 card combo with coin to catch up on turn 2.
but go ahead and cry when you activate rat trap every time
I really want to see the rat on the token. It's gonna be as big as a horse!
